Often the successful of leaders has been indentified with the problem solving in their environment. Often the leader’s qualities, their skills and values are forgotten in the moment when they have fallen in one or another crucial situation. The leaders have been judged by history from their successful in problem solving and many times the rests of contributions have been minimized or maximized in function of their success in problem solving.
Like generals in battles the leaders need to demonstrate their full performance in the moment when a problem needs solutions. Unfortunately problem solving for some leaders is not the only; in the moment that the problem occurs seems to generate other problems and the leaders may be confronted with accumulated luck of knowledge, bad skills, behaviors, traits, and cooperation.
If a leader achieves to solve a problem, actually he has demonstrated in the same time his/her entire capacities in his/her entire work. Imagine that you are a leader and you should deal with the problem. The first thing to demonstrate is the optimism. The followers need direction and a pessimist attitude is the worse behavior during this moment. The leader must inspire the subordinates being resilient. The resilient personalities of leaders are more necessary than ever during the problem solving. The followers need courage to continue, and they “spy” every movement of leaders, every body language of them, every single note, and every short message.
Vini, Vidi, Vici (I came, I saw, I conquered ) these words by Julius Cesar thousand of years ago said to Roman Senate after his victory of King of Pontus must be in mind of every leader in every first step of the difficult situation that needs to be solved.

Green hat: For developing creative solutions to problems. Criticism of ideas is not permitted. A variety of tools is available for encouraging creative thinking.
Blue hat: For process and control, typically worn by the person who is chairing the meeting who may need to redirect thinking into other ‘hats’ to together try on each of the ‘six thinking hats’ and to think of as many points as possible under each ‘hat’ before moving on”. (Bailey 2007)

...y, a leader cannot control every aspect of the team or project working on, ergo an effective leader must understand this and adapt their leadership mind to different scenarios. Even the most inspired and passionate team still experiences rough patches no matter what the leader does. The best thing an effective leader can do in this situation is to remain professional and keep a tranquil attitude.
There tend to be a variety of concepts regarding how, as well as what should undergo consideration when developing leadership in individuals. Scholars have different suggestions on the kind of approaches that should get observed during the practice. As a result, this paper seeks to unravel various forms of leadership approaches, as well as suggesting the best theory that should be in use when creating a perfect leader. Additionally, the work will establish ways of determining the effectiveness of a leadership program.
The Taoist philosopher Lao Tzu put it best when he said, “A leader is best when people barley know he exists, When his work is done, his aim fulfilled, They will say: We did it ourselves.” Often when a person thinks of a leader they think of such great leaders as George Washington, George Patton, and Thomas Jackson. The word “leader” itself will invoke images of die-hard men with the charisma to command anyone and overcome anything. Yet despite this common image there was no theory of leadership that covered this common belief in a “super” leader.
The leadership is a result of a combination of traits, with special emphasis on the personal qualities of the leader, which he should possess certain personality traits that would be special facilitators in leadership performance. This theory shows that leaders are born as such, there is no likelihood of 'making' them later with personal development techniques.
One may wonder exactly what it is that qualities a strong leader possesses. A strong leader is determined, and strong willed. They must be of good judgment, and without bias. They cannot easily be persuaded, and they are firm, yet at the same time, a good lead must also empathize with his subordinates, and have the best interest at heart for said subordinates, at all times. However, with that being said, a good leader cannot be afraid to discipline his subordinates when necessary. Unmistakably, being a leader is a very difficult feat – one which not everyone can accomplish. A leader must be an authority, a friend and a counsellor, all at once. They must be responsible, and always take into account the disadvantages of a situation. Not everyone is suitable to be a leader, whereas, just about anybody can be a good role model.
“Veni, vidi, vici” (I came, I saw, I conquered) (Source1). This Julius Caesar quote can be used to describe his rise to power in the Roman Republic and destruction of it in the process. Caesar was an extremely influential, yet controversial figure in Rome’s history. He had all the power any Roman could dream of but he abused it. Julius Caesar was a destroyer of the Roman Republic because his arrogance made the government benefit only him, his ruthlessness endangered others, and he undermined the authority of the Roman Senate.
Problem solving is another characteristics of effective leaders. You have to be able to care of situations when they arise.
Great leadership is not achieved over night, and it is not something that one achieves and stops. Great leaders spend entire lives building and growing their leadership skills. It is not likely that a leader will one day wake up with all of the vision, influence, knowledge, respect, and momentum necessary to be great; these take time to develop. “It is the capacity to develop and improve their skills that distinguishes leaders from their followers.”

As a growing debate, the question at hand is whether great leaders are born with specific leadership traits, or if one can be taught certain traits over time. According to (Wikipedia.com) the approach of listing leadership qualities, often termed "trait theory of leadership", assumes certain traits or characteristics will tend to lead to effective leadership. I believe that leadership traits such as honest, competent, initiative, inspiring, hardworking, intelligent, and the ability to lead the masses, are some of the leadership traits one should possess. Within this paper, I will examine the overall concept of leadership traits, while observing the traits that were, or can be associated with successful leaders.
Leaders will no matter what have an influence on our world. They have missions, dreams and ambition, and with these things they are bound to go far. For leaders, what makes these dreams come true is having strong qualities such as leadership practices, values and strengths. If developed and learned how to use correctly, these are what take leaders to the next level and accomplish great things. In the following paper I will talk about leadership in our ever-changing world, explore my leadership practices, values and strengths as well as elaborate on the goals I have made to challenge myself as a leader.

Leadership is not always in the hands of members and it continually meet with dilemmas and difficulties.
Finally, leaders are able to keep everything in perspective. They invest themselves fully but also are able to keep their priorities in order. As a child I never understood anything that my mother did or said but now that I am an adult I realize that my mother had a valid reason for everything she did. My entire childhood my mother has molded me to become a great leader and all the lessons that my mother has taught me I can spread the knowledge to my children. Successful leaders keep it all in perspective because they are able to separate the important from the urgent, and devote their time
Leaders of the future will be faced with many challenges. As the world changes, we must adapt the ways in which we face these challenges, and in turn grow as leaders. A leader is not merely someone which commands a group or organization. A good leader exhibits the ability to take an average team of individuals and achieve greatness. Leadership is not supervision or leading. It is the ability to inspire or influence others towards the end goal. As Barendsen and Gardner stated (2006), “the best leaders are individuals who, in their work, exhibit three distinct meanings of good: (1) an excellent technical and professional quality and competence, (2) an ethical orientation, and (3) a completely engaged sense of fulfillment and meaningfulness” (p. 266). Good leaders must utilize all of these traits in order to meet the challenges of the future. A few emerging challenges that future
