Studying - With Children!
When people think of starting over, a lot of different things come to mind. Starting over could be simply going back to the drawing board in a business venture, rewriting an English paper, or rearranging your life. Even rearranging your life can be from many different aspects. Alcoholics need to start over. Gamblers need to start over. Divorced people need to make a new start as well. In which direction does starting over take you?
Starting over for me first of all meant finding a way to keep up with all of the payments a married couple acquire with a home and kids. Everyone always says, "you’ll be just fine." And I suppose that is true. Financially there is always a job out there. Maybe not a high paying job, but a job to get you by.
There are other factors. The kids. There are a lot of questions that need to be answered, and depending on their ages will decide how you will answer them and how much information you will give. They do bounce back a lot quicker than us adults…

“Mark, you won’t get anywhere without studying”, His mother use to tell him when he use to waist all his time playing rather that studying. Mark wasn’t such a good student because he wouldn’t spend any time studying, until one day his parents decided to send him to Cushing Academy, a boarding school in the USA, which they knew it was going to improve his study habits and help him being more responsible. But what really amazed his parents was this period of time used to study called “Study Hall”. Because of its amazing results, preparation for college, and providing responsibility, Study Hall remains as one of the vital qualities Cushing Academy possess and give students an opportunity to lead in higher education.
The job wasn’t what I wanted to be doing but it was able to get my mind off not being in school, not having my own place and again being back in Las Vegas. At the end of 2007, right when started to get comfortable and used to being back in Las Vegas, I was told yet again that I would be moving back to Las Vegas with my family in Palmdale, California. Of the various colonial empires, the Spanish and English were the most prominent which brought a dramatic change in the natural and human environment in the Americas. The voyage of Christopher Columbus in August 1492 marks as the formal beginning of European entry in the Americas. While arriving at in the New World, Christopher Columbus was filled with an immense ambition for colonizing the islands and gathering riches. Both the English and Spanish had more or less the same core motive in coming to the Americas. However, the English and Spanish differ largely in their approach to accomplish their goals.

The Federal Government defines poverty as income that falls below the United States Poverty threshold. (Begun 95). If a person is below or right at the poverty line they are considered poor. It also refers to the lowest level of income a person can make and afford the minimum necessities. (Bender and Leone 23). The poverty line was adopted by the government in the mid 1960's. Not included in the income figure are cash benefits such as food stamps and Medicaid.(Le Vert 50). The poverty rate is adjusted for different sexes, races, ages, and family structures. The government adjusts the poverty line each year according to the cost of living.

There are so many things I want to do differently. I want to work again and contribute. I want to show my children how to contribute to the growth of our Faith, our family and our community. I want to help others to come to a realization there is more to this world; that Jesus loves them. Then, there’s the need to prove my ability to finish a degree and get an education that will lead me back the work force.
Juggling work and school, finding time for having fun, and liking what someone does, these are some of the problems that plague young adults today. If a person that fits those requirements is looking for a little extra income, this writer knows just what the doctor ordered. Working as a waiter is a very fulfilling job, especially for a young adult student. With flexible hours and uniforms, decent pay, and working in a fun atmospherewith many different types of people, being a waiter is an excellent job for a student.
When my father lost his job, our family lost many of the comforts that we once took for granted due to a reduced income. Money became a very large issue and with it came many limitations on wants and desires that were so accessible before my father lost his job. Furthermore, the loss of his job brought about immense shame for my father. Yet, rather than become embarrassed over my father losing his job and sad due to the fact that I could no longer have as many material possessions, I came to accept the different lifestyle. By letting go and accepting, the room was made for new experiences, joys, understandings, and lessons.

That summer after school I just wanted to find a job and start making some money. Going to college for anther four year was something I thought I could not handle. I final got a job at UPS unloading trucks. At first I thought how hard could it be? But every day I would come home exhausted from working in the heat. And then when I got tiny pay check, it hit me. From then on I decided that manual labor was something that I could not do the rest of my life and I could definitely not support a family on that income. A job behind a desk in the air conditioning was what I wanted.
