Stress management
In the last half of 20th century, when the word started a rapid development in many fields, life of people is changing completely. Day by day people faced with more needs and duties which had a limited time to be complete. All those feeling and emotions that people experience during different life stages are ways in which our body expresses and responds to a particular event. It is very interesting and unbelievable how a phenomenon that was lately introduced no more than 50 years ago became one of the most significant ingredient of the life of people. Stress was first introduced by Hans Selys as a natural respond or reaction to the demands that are placed upon people in the daily life bases. It arises when you are worried and when you are dealing with things and you can’t cope easily. Since the very beginning when the term stress was brought into society, people were curious to know what causes are and what could be affected from stress. After many researches in this filed, scientist came up with a lot of outcomes. One of the main outcomes was that stress as a phenomena that affects the human body can manifest itself in many ways. Despite that people are not the same, stress feelings might or might not be the same. Usually some stress feeling that people experiences are: worry, tense, tired, frightened, depressed and anger.
As a phenomenon that happens in the human body, stress is divided into two types, negative stress and positive stress.
Positive Stress- Human body experiences positive stress when a stressor can lead to a high improvement of productivity and performance. Positive stress is usually the outcome of the positive attitude toward stress. Some benefi...

Sleep- From some last studies that were done in order to help people that are dealing with stress to reduce that amount of stress is sleep. Sleep is a good reducer of stress, because after a night with good sleep you wake refreshed and with a lot of energy in next day.

Signals of Too Much Stress
Even though stress has become an everyday vocabulary and an inevitable part of the life, there are ways that can help to reduce the amount of stress. Sometimes people experienced a lot of event in their lives and those events can lead you to a stage when you have to deal with a lot of stress. Some warning signs that tell that a human body is going throughout a lot of stress are:
 Body aches
 Headaches
 More anger
 Appetite changes
 Illness
 Often sickness with colds
