Stress, we all struggle with it. "Stress" is a word we're all familiar with, some of us maybe too familiar. Stress cannot be avoided and it is not possible to entirely eliminate it from our lives. The hassles, deadlines and frustrations have made stress so common that it has become a way of life for people. Life is full of challenges, and a life without it is not only impossible but is also undesirable. Stress is something that can't be avoided and it isn't possible to eliminate it from our lives. There are a lot of everyday factors that contribute to our stress level such as paying bills and running errands. There are also many bigger pressures in life that people don't necessarily deal with on daily basis, for example; divorce, death of a loved one, getting fired etc. People can create their stress by putting things off to the very last minute. To identify your own sources of stress you must examine your life and habits.
