Recommended: Consequences of factory farms

Every time you take a bite out of a hot dog, a hamburger, chicken, or even yogurt, you might be eating a factory farm product. Which might not seem like a big deal, but it is! Most people do not even know what a Factory farm is. Factory Farms are bad for your health for the animals and for the environment! Too many animals are in factory farms and are being abused, so I wanted to research about ways to stop factory farms. So I decided to make my main question or my driving question, What can we do to stop factory farms? I used my research to help me find an answer to my question and I found some very interesting and sad things. When I finished my research, it was clear to me that there are many different ways for us to stop factory farms nationwide and the animal cruelty that goes on inside them.

A very popular answer is to boycott all factory farm products. Although, this would be difficult it is possible. Products from factory farms are much cheaper than a rale healthy farm, that allows their animals to roam freely and feeds them proper animal food. The less amount of people that buy their products, the less money they will make, which will result in a the number of factory farm will most likely go down. Others think that we could try to petition for a law that says that is illegal to abuse animals the, especially the way factory farms do. This would benefit your health and the health of the animals. Once again many people would probably not do this because of how cheap it is to buy factory farm food, but we can do it. If it would pass as a law it would be more expensive to buy food. Although it is better for animals, the idea is not liked by many people.
