When Steve Jobs invented the ipod in October of 2001 it changed the world because it was the first music device that you could buy song online and have them to your iphone or ipod. Apple released the iphone in 2007 that was revoluntairy because you basically have a mini computer with you at all times you can accces the internet from it and download music and movies to it like you would with the iphone. Steve Jobs was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2003 when he went for a routine checkup for his abdomen. Steve Jobs and Apple did not release much information about what he was going through so when he died on October 5,20011 it was a shock to the world.
In 2004 he had a successful surgery to remove the pancreatic tumor. As time went by he was very successful in creating new things such as: the Macbook Air, iPod, iPad, iTunes, and other cool things from him. Unfortunately, on October the 5th battling a pancreatic cancer for nearly a decade, Steven Paul Jobs died in Palo Alto. He was 56 years old. As time went by Apple has been creating great things, new generation computers, and devices.
Joanna Schieble was a graduate student at the University of Wisconsin. She lived within a strict household where her father was extremely strict about dating. When Joanna met Abdulfattah Jandali, a Muslim teaching assistant from Syria, her father threatened to disown her. She went with Abdulfattah to Syria and two months later when they returned, found out she was pregnant. Keeping the baby and abortion were not options the couple considered.
Steven Paul Jobs was born on February 24th, 1955 in San Francisco to his birth parents, Abdulfattah Jandali and Joanne Schieble. Steve was set to be adopted when he was born because his birth mother’s father didn’t want her to marry Abdulfattah. Joanne’s father was old and dying and threatened to disown her if she married Abdulfattah. So instead of raising Steve together they planned to have him adopted by college graduates. Unfortunately when Steve was born the planned adoptive parents decided to not go through with the deal because they wanted a girl instead, which left Joanne looking for someone else to fill that roll.

One is that he was put up for adoption at birth because the parents of Joanne, his biological mother, objected her relationship with John, his biological father. Therefore, Steve was adopted by Paul and Clara Jobs. Steve also was a drop out of Reed College after six months and used the next 18 months to spend time in creative classes. Even growing up Paul taught Steve how to work as a mechanic and a carpenter.
When you clicked his picture it led to his obituary which read: Apple has lost a visionary and creative genius, and the world has lost an amazing human being. Those of us who have been fortunate enough to know and work with Steve have lost a dear friend and an inspiring mentor. Steve leaves behind a company that only he could have built, and his spirit will forever be the foundation of Apple.
He was suspended multiple times, and for a while school was boring since he was so intellectually advanced. He skipped 5th grade, in junior high he was bullied, and threatened his parents he would drop out of school if they did not transfer him to a new school. Even though his family had hardly enough money to pay for a new house, they moved. Steve befriended Bill Fernandez who introduced him to Steve Wozniak, who would later become his best friend. In 1968 while jobs was 13, he got hired for a Hewlett Packard assembly line.

Great things in business are never done by one person, they are done by a team of people.” Steve Jobs died at his Palo Alto, California, home around 3 p.m. on October 5, 2011, due to complications from a relapse of his previously treated pancreatic cancer. He died with nearly 350 patents to his name and a net worth of $10.2 billion.
It was Jobs who was able to advertise and sell their computers successfully. When he was ousted from Apple, he tried to make a company just as good as Apple. He even started Pixar, which became very successful in every movie they made. “In 2003, Jobs discovered he had a neuroendocrine tumor, a rare but curable form of pancreatic cancer.” (“Steve Jobs biography”). He had a successful surgery the next year.
Cancer changes the lives of anybody connected with it dramatically. And I am here to tell you how it altered my life. I am here to tell you how in six short weeks, I lost one of the most important people of my lives. And how a year later I have never felt a day of pure happiness due to the affects of cancer. And how every holiday now feels so empty, as if I have a big hole in my heart.
