Apple Incorporated was one of the first companies to create a small desk top computer. The company started with a small group of people and one great leader by the name of, Steve Jobs. His life as a child was tough, from being cast away from his mother and adopted, to being in trouble everyday. In college he was just as rebellious. He started experimenting with drugs such as LSD and marijuana. Finally when he met Woz and other friends and they created a legend known as Apple Incorporated. That legend will live on forever even without Steve around. On February 24, 1955, Steve Jobs was born to Joanne Schieble. She was just twenty-three and attending graduate school in Wisconsin when she found out she was pregnant. Her father did not approve of this for she was not married. After Schieble’s father scolded her she moved to San Francisco to avoid her father’s death stare. When she arrived in San Francisco a local doctor took her in and helped her arrange an adoption. Originally Schieble was going to let a lawyer and his wife to adopt, but they later changed their minds. It was after that when Clara and Paul Jobs, a modest San Francisco family with some high school education decided to adopt Steve. Little did they know about how tough it would be to raise him. When Clara and Paul adopted Steve, they were given one strict guideline; Steve must go to college. Once adopted Clara and Paul named the child Steven Paul Jobs. Within in two more years the couple adopted their second child, Patty. She was far less curious, obnoxious, and rebellious. The first case that proved he would be a tough child to raise was when he decided to put a bobby pin into an electrical outlet, getting him sent to the emergency room for a burnt hand. Jobs is the father of all these devices. The devices most people use in their daily life. It was a very unfortunate event when he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2003. Then in 2009 they thought the cancer was gone after Jobs had a liver transplant. The doctors were far from correct, the cancer took two months after he resigned from Apple in 2011. October 5, 2011 was a very sad and somber day for the workers at Apple. They got the news and were heartbroken that their leader, mentor, and friend had passed away at the age of 56. Jobs touched the lives of many. Not just Apple, but all over the world. Everywhere you look Apple is present. Those phones, Ipod, or laptops are signs of the everlasting legacy of Steve Jobs.
