Women versus Men Women were always seen as weaker gender. In the past years women changed and now they aren’t a weak gender, they became stronger and independent. In the article “Stereotypes against women” by Olukayode,A says that “ Stereotypes are organized sets of beliefs about traits and behaviors, thought to distinguish one from group from another”( 5698). Stereotypes are believes that people are moving from generation to generation and the family decides what believes to move the next generation and what not. In our world stereotypes were always seen as something important that we need to believe and do want the stereotypes say. According to Okimoto Tyler, he believes that “Assumptions of working mothers can serve as an additional source of psychological stress… distracting working mothers from being effective both at home and at work” (705). Working mother is a hard work, because she needs to keep up with work and care about children. Few years ago, there was no term like working moms, but now women are combining this two tough works. In 1900s women were just sitting at home and they didn’t go to work. Men were working at jobs and women were the home keepers. In the resent years, many things changed, women become independent and got right to work. When a woman is working and caring about children, there are some difficulties, but every smart woman can easily overcome them. Because of the busy life that working moms have, they don’t have time for themselves and sometimes that busy life can lead to stress, but every working mom is smart and she will find time for herself of she needs it.
