What comes to your mind when you think of a drink that comes along as you chat with friends or when you have guests coming over to your house? What drink comes in mind when thinking of one lazy afternoon, as you sit by your porch and watch as time pass by? For many people, the answer to those questions is tea. Across the world, many serve this delicious drink not just because of its taste, but also because of its countless benefits.
Green tea is a form of tea coming from the leaves of camellia sinensis. For its production, only leaves are selected which has gone under minimum oxidation during the phase of the processing. Green has become very popular recently as the people have known that there are many benefits of the green tea. Historically, was used for the first time in China. As time went by, it became popular throughout the continent and people love to have it when they came to know about it. It has now become more famous in western countries as well as other parts of the globe. Green tea is used as the raw material for the production of the different juices along with the dietary supplements. It is also used as raw material in the field of the cosmetics as well.
There are many varieties in the green tea. Some of them are gunpowder, dragonwell, green snail spring, and snowy mountain jian and hyson lucky dragon. All these tea came from China. Green tea is very useful for the human health as it is used as a medicine for more than 4000 years in China. Green tea is found very useful to prevent cancer in the human beings.
