First time I saw computer was at my uncle’s house. It was big black & white window 95 OS computer he use to let me play Dave game on that computer with time limit of 15 minutes, those were the most stimulating for me. Later I got chance to learn computers at my school in 5th grade. We use to learn LOGO, MS paint , MS office and I developed interest in computers making nested loops design patterns in logo was like incredible feeling for me. Due to my interest in computers I took computer as a subject in my 10th grade, was able to learn C programming language. I created small C programs and it felt like creating history.
Till that time I was thinking computer as a mysterious instrument and eager to learn more and more about the subject. I decided to join science stream in order to chase my dream about learning about computers. I love to experiment new things as part of it was getting connected to internet via a dial-up connection for accessing internet.
I joined Information technology engineering after completing my school. The main exposure for me to the field of computers started when I attended my college. With the help of variety of subjects related to the field of computers I learned programming languages like C,C++,Java,DBMS. I was thrilled to learn C Programming language again as I studied in school but the difference this time was I learned in more depth of the subject acquiring concepts of programming language. I also created small games in C++ which helped me in applying concepts learnt in classes. It was fun with learning you come to know how it actually works. I always think of doing something creative something new all the time this...

I am also running an international kite club where we make different kites take part in different kite competitions all over India.
My goal to do masters is the hunger in knowing more about the computers. I want to do research in the field I like the most. As it is said do what you like, do what makes you happy. Studying about computers is vital part of my life. I know doing masters is challenging task but I am ready to face them with the experience I gain from my past. I will implement my learning experience in it and would like to evolve my knowledge in the field of computer.
I was first introduced to the real world CS and programming languages in Grade 9. I learned Java for 4 years and watching my code execute correctly was always delightful. And that is when I decided that I wanted to pursue CS. At UCI, I learned Python in my first year and currently I am learning C++. Some assignments have really blown me away as I was able to connect the dots between different concepts and produce results. To get exposed to CS, I job shadowed a Web Developer and a Director of Operation. To gain new skills, I did a research project in areas of crowdsourcing where I learned Django and applied my knowledge in creating a website with other teammates using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I worked on IoT and Augmented Reality as a summer intern. I am currently working on Augmented Reality as an intern, this quarter. I believe that learning and applying are different things and unless you are able to develop or progress by applying your knowledge you won’t know if you have indeed trodden the path of mastering it. I am grateful to have several opportunities to help me grow and advance in CS.
... be working hard and putting the time in. Computers are a great tool and have help build our world into what it is today. With every year that passes we as a human species grow more relying on computer technologies’. That is the biggest reason I have chosen to study computers and all the great tools computers offer us. I know there is a job in computer out there for me and for anyone else that is interested in the computer field.
I loved learning the way how something such as computers can look simple and easy to understand but inside it is a maze everything is working together to become one solo object that has come so far in such a short time and how it has developed and still is. This is why I'm also interested in studying Information Technology Management. I wish to attend university because I want to develop and expand my skills which I know university will offer to me. I have many ambitions and I feel university can help me thrive and help me towards my
When I was in middle school, I had totally no idea of what Computer Science is, but I was pretty proficient in using computers at that age. The only thing that I knew about Computer Science is that one of my aunts is in that field and that’s all, nor of my parents are in that major. Not until in High School that I got the sense of what programming is like. I was taught basic simple codings and I really enjoyed it and thought that the class was actually quite fun. But the class didn’t give me any sense of the important real-world applications of Computer Science. Not until recently as I am in the Computer Science major, I started to really have the real idea and to gain real passion for the field. Computer Science is not all about programming.
I have always been curious how computers and applications operated ever since I was thirteen. Since then I knew I wanted a job that involved technology because of my curiosity of it. When I started high school and saw electives like web design and computer support tech I knew those classes would be great for my future. These courses take you through a computer's hardware and software and their components. Support tech is the more hardware-based class while web design was the software-based course. Both, however, are important in the software job field.
Learning is a continuous process and the day that you stop learning is the day that you start decreasing your rewards and lower levels of satisfaction. My ardent desire to acquire knowledge has motivated me to pursue higher studies at graduate level, and to take up a career in research in industry. I have taken this decision after carefully considering my academic background, profound interest in research and strong aptitude for problem solving.
My first encounter with computers (as far as I can remember) was when my next door neighbors got their very first Apple. I can remember going over to their house and begging to play on their computer. All I wanted to play with was the paint-brush program because I thought it was the neatest thing to be able to move something with your hand and have a picture created for you on the screen according to what your hand did. It was very cool!
Being the top student in my secondary school (with 85.5%), I got admitted into Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering at MIT, Ujjain.
