Ever since I was a child, my most remarkable characteristics have been my curiosity to learn new topics and appease my inquisitiveness. My keen interest for learning new ideas, combined with my inner desire to reach pinnacles of excellence enabled me to acquire good knowledge on various aspects. From early childhood of my school life, I have had a tremendous interest in Mathematics and Physics. Learning various phenomena like refraction, total internal reflection; communication techniques employed in television and radio transmission further increased my orientation towards subjects that help in acquiring practical knowledge. I stood among the top 5% in the national level GITAM Admission Test (GAT) which helped me in getting an admit in the course that I have always wanted to take: “Electronics and Communication Engineering” in the prestigious GITAM University, Visakhapatnam. Subjects in the curriculum like Very Large Scale Integrated Circuits, Digital Communications, Wireless Communications and Microwave Engineering greatly attracted me.
Having been a diligent student all through, I completed my schooling in St. Joseph’s English Medium High School with an excellent result. My analytical skills were recognized at an early stage by my teachers and under their prudent mentoring, my skillset bloomed. It was the combination of my relentless hard work and my teachers’ continuous mentoring and my parent’s continuous support that helped me in securing a 88.16% in my 10th final exam with 99% in mathematics. I always had a keen desire to do electrical engineering but my under graduation degree started with majors in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
