I aspire to become a globally competent entrepreneur and a corporate individual which would be rendered through MBA from a reputed institution. The value of a MBA graduate is immense at current Nepalese Corporate Scenario as most Corporate Companies, Banks, NGOs/INGOs, Trading companies. Businesses seek out MBA qualified professionals for executive positions in an organization. We can find MBA qualified individuals from foreign Universities handling finance, managing sales and effectively administrating in large companies. My future goal largely involves in being a successful entrepreneur, I foresee the possibilities of E-commerce Business growth here in Nepal and would like to start my own business involving trade via e-commerce. However, my path to entrepreneurship begins by securing a good position in large successful trading company as a qualified MBA holding professional and gathering the experience, knowledge, expertise, understanding of effective work culture, developing personal relations and later implementing it into my own business to achieve maximum success. I have always aspired to become a business man and owner of my own business not just for self-interest but also to provide employment to young people and help people of Nepal. As for a large part of my life I have stayed, studied and worked in Nepal which makes me understand business environment here pretty well and with the knowledge gained from University of Western Sydney, I might be able to add uniqueness empowered with local culture and tradition in my business practices to create an E-commerce company with added confidence and success. I strongly believe the MBA degree from University of Western Sydney would not only help me to secure a job at large organization here in Nepal

After graduation, I accepted the position of Graduate-In-Training in Coca-Cola Nepal out of curiosity. Little did I know then that this job would help me understand what I really want for myself. Working at Coca-Cola provided me with ample opportunities to understand the management and functioning of multinational companies. However, I always found myself looking for challenges in the field of management that were more intellectual than managerial. As I realized I might be a good candidate for a career in academia, I accepted the position of visiting lecturer of Statistics at Thames International College, Kathmandu. Working with students, igniting intellectual curiosity and helping them grow academically was an amazing experience and I anticipate continuing this in the future. I, therefore, want to pursue my interest in management but in an academic setting by obtaining a Ph.D. degree from IESE with a specialization in Economics and Financial Management.

Education has always been a primary concern for my parents, who taught me that if I need to succeed in life, I have to be educated. Following their guide, I have always valued and tried to get the most of any educational opportunity I have had. Having grown up in a business family, I have always been interested in focusing my career in the business field. My Mother and Father own their own company, and they are constantly talking about business, which has inspired me to follow their path. When my parents retire, they want me to carry on their legacy.
