For this assignment I chose to analyze St Moritz Security Services Inc. St Moritz is a security service that operates out of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It has over 25 offices in the United States and its website states St Moritz offers many different types of security services. This includes Security Guard Services, Loss Prevention Services, Jewelry Escort Services, National Services, Investigative Services, Special Event Services, ATM Escort Services and other Specialized Services. St Moritz Security Services Inc. conveys its mission statement as: “Security service is not the same for every customer; therefore, St. Moritz does not offer a generic, pre-packaged service. St Moritz develops security programs while working closely with the customer to develop the program that most fits their individual needs. Standard Operation Procedures can then be developed and implemented so the security officers may understand the security needs for that customer.” It is clear to see from this mission statement, that a major focus of St Moritz Security Services Inc. Is the diversity of the product that they deliver to their clients. They also focus very highly on presenting the ability for a modular product to cater specifically for each of their clients. …show more content…

They state their mission statement at the top of the ‘Our Company’ Section and then not mention anything related to it anywhere else within the page. As you scroll further down the ‘Our Company’ page it continues to claim it sales figures for 2010 and how it is one of the largest security companies in the United States. All these statements are however, completely unrelated to the St Moritz Security Services Inc.
