Recommended: Role of government in business

The word "Business" has been defined as an organization involved in trade of goods and services.There are stupendous numbr of businesses which are existing in almost all the countries in the world,producing various kinds of goods and providing different types of services to make the lives of people better.Most of them are done for profits and only few is carried out for charity

In Sri Lanka,there are vast number of businesses.They are either production based or servisce providing budsinesses.Of them some do their business in large scales(even globally) and some people deals with small scale businesses.Among them there businesses that can be categorized under traditional businesses(or indegeneous businesses).They produce various kinds of traditional goods and various goods that we need in our day today life.Among thetraditional businesses in our country "Spicies Business" takes a prominent place

I selected a spicies business in our village,which falls in to the set of traditional businesses to do this project.I interviewed a person to that busines to discuss about his business,current issues he faces,his future plans and his oppinion abot the support he gets from the related authorities.
Tthus the facts for the guideline documents are discussed below using the information taken from the interviewed person along with my own recomendations about the business and my opinions regarding how to develop production,how to increase the effeciency and how to plan their future.

A "spicie" is a dried seed ,fruit,root,bark of a vegetable or a tree.They are primarily used for flavouring,colouring or preseving food.Spicies are specially distinguished from herbs.a spicie may have other uses too like producing cosmetics,perfumes, m...

...es and by taking a loan.with it they were able to distibute their products to few more shops in the town area.With having more customers they had decided to hier few employees.According to him bringing up the business at the begining was not a easy task.Those days he had had to face many difficulties like difficulties in finding funds and not having experienced employers to work with them.At the begining banks hadn't allow them to have big loans.Also according to him it had been very hard to find new markets.At the begining only few shops have allow them to put their product in to their shops.

But anyhow amidst these throny difficulties he has developed step by step in to a better business with 25 employees,two delivery vans and few machineries with a better working plae(grinding mill).Also now they have extended their productions to few more aspects as well
