Considering all the articles and class discussion, it is possible to predict scenarios for different categories in special education, that will be discussed thereafter.

Investing in training, in resource rooms and accessible materials are priorities to administrators in order to provide services to children with disabilities.
Classroom teacher – Classroom teachers need to acquire new skills and tools to be prepared to receive special education students. They need to always updated about special needs, in order to evaluate students and apply the RTI method.
Special education teacher – Special education teachers will always play an important role, as they have more tools to deal with difficult situations in class. However, Accountability is a significant issue since students need to achieve the same level of regular students in language and math.
Student – Among policymakers, teachers, parents’ advocacy and schools, students are the ones who suffer with all the changes that are taking place. Adaptation is always difficult, even when it is for the best. When the government decide to adopt Common Core Standards, for example, the aim is to give to children with special needs the same education as others have.
