Leaving it behind or chasing it to the end. Accepting the truth and going on your own way or being determined and following the dream until you make it come true. This is a story of this complication.
‘’ I was looking around , I thought that it was a tension headache what I was suffering from. I was angry , I was desperate and shocked. If it could be real I thought , was this how much he changed ? I asked to myself. ‘ No ‘ I said , he couldn’t be changed that much . The feeling that punched on my face when he didn’t even look at my side couldn’t show the reality. Maybe there was a mistake that he ddn’t recognize me or didn’t even see me . I lob Maybe there was a mistake that he ddn’t recognize me or didn’t even see me . I look at my friend , hoping that she would confirm me . There was a long silence. I repeated ‘ He didn’t even see me , did he ? I know he didn’t . Didn’t you see he was talking to someone ‘ , silence again. She said ‘ Honey , let’s go . Maybe you are right he didn’t see you but don’t you think that you should stop doing this and go on your way ? It’s so obvious that he changed, he isn’t the same person that he used to be as you told me about him ‘ . That was right , without any doubt . I know it , too. But I didn’t want to believe , I couldn’t accept his changing since I always thought that he would never change until we get together again but it seemed that I got wrong. He changed , everything changed about him and about us , there was just a thing that didn’t change was me . I decided to give him another acne as if he would come back.
Long days came and gone , he didn’t turn back. He didn’t become the man I loved , ever again. A big hole had been standing between us , it was so big that I couldn’...

... You may be thinking that it is an ordinary desperate love story but it isn’t actually a love story. It is a quarrel of the truth and the dreams. It is a conflict of reality and the must – be’s.
Sometimes you have something , you love so that you don’t want to lose but ‘’it’’ loses its way or chooses someone else , not you. Then you may think there is something wrong , the things shouldn’t have happened like that , but you cannot see the reality. The reality doesn’t occur on the way you wish but this doesn’t change its reality . Sometimes it is better leaving it behind and trying to do the best on your own way. Because your way and your dreams may not turn into the one’s reality. Everyne has their own dreams and only they can change its direction.
As a conclusion , Sarah keeps getting better on her own way with a man , whose dreams are including her.
Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet is a play commonly viewed and known as a true love story; however, after analyzing several hints portrayed by the protagonists, it is evident that Shakespeare did not intend to make Romeo and Juliet seem like a true love story but a criticism of how superficial society’s view on love is.
When we think about the force that holds the world together and what makes humans different from animals, one answer comes to our minds - that humans can love. Love is a state of mind that cannot be defined easily but can be experienced by everyone. Love is very complicated. In fact it is so complicated that a person in love may be misunderstood to be acting in an extremely foolish manner by other people. The complexity of love is displayed in Rostand’s masterpiece drama Cyrano de Bergerac. This is accomplished by two characters that love the same woman and in the course neither one achieves love in utter perfection.
Love is undoubtedly a universal theme with numerous characterisations in different genres. David Solway illustrates unrequited love in his poem The Dream as agonising, bewildering and hard to accept by the use of ideas, perspectives and language. In a similar way, Marc Webb’s film 500 Days of Summer and Gavin Degraw’s song Not Over You expresses this representation of unrequited love through their use of ideas, perspectives and language. They effectively translate this representation of unrequited love in their genres in order to create an emotional response from their audiences.
I think giving up on your dreams is like kind of giving yourself. When people lack of having control of their lives they endured by them imagine their dream and idealizing the outcome. They decided not to take action and make their dream come true. I thinks its like this because they could have insecurities and hope in the inner-selves. Some people have depression for not them following their dreams. Lose hope in themselves and makes not in themselves. This not beneficial because dreams are not becoming true and nobody want faith for themselves. They believe that it’s no point of having hope about their dreams if they think it’s not going to come true. I think if I can do so can others. They just have to the confident and potential as me, and whatever they want can come true. They also have to work hard and just give up it’s a obstacle
meeting, fighting, reconciliation. Dawe juxtaposes the characters with a metaphor “she was Sanyo-orientated”” He was Rank-arena bred”. The juxtaposition of the persona described with the metaphor suggest two very different backgrounds; like that of the Shakespearean Love classic Romeo and Juliet; Two characters of which have conflicting backgrounds yet still manage to uphold a passionate relationship. “A faulty tube led to their meeting” suggests the man may be repairing the TV also a fateful situation has brought them together; falling in love with the good Samaritan; having the woman propose he stay while with her “’watch me a while;’ she said …”. Dawe also uses visual imagery to explore the romantic genre. “They fell in love and shared a samboy crunching in the afterglow” creates a mental image of a romantic movie where two lovers relax together watching the sunset. Dawe climaxes the poem with a fight between the characters, in the fifth stanza where the two contest the program wished to be viewed; either “Candid camera” or “Twist and shout”. As with every classical love story the poem concludes with a typical
The ominous and tragic atmosphere infusing the consummation of their relationship gives a foresight into what is going to happen in the rest of this relationship which is ill-fated. Their love fails to give them the perfect happiness that they envisioned and therefore they begin blaming the social circumstances for their dissatisfaction. The social and familial disapproval that Vronsky encounters angers him. "They have no conception of what happiness is, and they do not know that without love there is no happiness or unhappiness for us, for there would be no life" (Tolstoy, 167). After the fulfilment of their initial desire for each other, they strive to satisfy another desire, a further one. They need to be set free from the need for dissembling and lies, "it was necessary to put an end to all this falsehood, and the sooner the better" (Tolstoy, 168). Vronsky puts it, "throw up everything and let us two conceal ourselves somewhere alone with our love" (Tolstoy, 168). The two lovers eventually achieve
In the early seventies, a movie, Love Story, touched many people’s heart. Harvard Law student Oliver Barrett IV and music student Jennifer Cavilleri share a chemistry they cannot deny - and a love they cannot ignore. Despite their opposite backgrounds, the young couple put their hearts on the line for each other. When they marry, Oliver's wealthy father threatens to disown him. Jenny tries to reconcile the Barrett men, but to no avail. Oliver and Jenny continue to build their life together. Relying only on each other, they believe love can fix anything. But fate has other plans. Soon, what began as a brutally honest friendship becomes the love story of their lives.
Cottino-Jones sums up love and the community in this story in her book. She says, "the lovers in this books are constantly faced with violence, death and isolation when their affairs come into conflict with society’s rigid behavior codes "(Cottino-Jones, 79). Lack of communication and social factors made everyone in the story unhappy or dead.
Time and again, history has created a star-crossed couple that overcomes all obstacles through the strength of love. Whether it is from Pyramus and Thisbe, Romeo and Juliet, or Jack and Rose, the only possibility to separate the couple is the death of one or both individuals. Love is defined in these relationships as fighting against all odds, class, society, and even family, in order to be with their loved one. While these stories may be fictional, history has presented a real case of star-crossed “lovers”, Peter Abelard and Heloise. This couple went to little length to fight society in trying to establish a relationship with one another. Although considered a love story to some, a relationship founded on lust, inability to fight for marriage, and union to the church, shatters the illusion of romance and shows the relationship for what it truly is, a lackluster liaison.
Although their love has endured through many years, it has come to an end in the story. All throughout the story the couple is reminiscing about their life and while they are there are some odd details that are strewn throughout.
Romeo and Juliet was a love story that interests people to want to read it. It’s the ultimate story because as you watch it and read it you can feel the tension as you read it or watch it. It’s about how these two lovers meet at a dance and they in...
So simply, what does happen to a dream deferred? It takes on a life of its own.
...dream, we will never want to let it go. On our path to reach our dreams many things will come our way, so come what may and we will deal with it as life throws it at us.
While true love is treasured when achieved, its rarity can be attributed to the multitude of obstacles lovers must face. Couples often have trouble expressing their love for one another or may face challenges within the marriages. Whether it be disagreements, affection of surroundings, friendships lost, or jealousy, the quest for true love has its consequences. This concept is expressed several times in A Midsummer’s Night Dream, in the cases of many of the lovers. However, it can be argued that although complications ensue, true love is worth a life of trouble.
Nonetheless, this really is a tale of compelling love between the boy and his father. The actions of the boy throughout the story indicate that he really does love his father and seems very torn between his mother expectations and his father’s light heartedness. Many adults and children know this family circumstance so well that one can easily see the characters’ identities without the author even giving the boy and his father a name. Even without other surrounding verification of their lives, the plot, characters, and narrative have meshed together quite well.
