Strengths

I deliver the most memorable positive attitude in any position that I receive as far as a job or volunteering. I work well with a group of diverse people, I tend to be unbiased while working with others, I work well under stress and pressure, and I tend to be committed to everything I do. I build network connections within my community. I’ve ben know as a very reliable person when it comes to getting the task done.

In addition, I am a leader. I tend to have a skill to influence others to work hard and strive for success. I always accomplish challenges that are thrown my way. I am passionate about caring for others and becoming a dedicated social worker. Overall, I’m passionate about expanding my knowledge and helping others succeed in the making.

Weaknesses

I regret not taking more than one Spanish class to become more fluent in speaking Spanish. I believe this will put me in a disadvantage from being a Social Worker is the hospital. I will be exposed to numerous of people that speaks Spanish and unfortunately I might not know enough to help assist them in the best way I possibly can.

• Worrying about situations I cannot control

Opportunities

As a result of building networking relationships with agencies I have done applied learning hours at, I have an advantage of being eligible to work at different agencies, intern at multiple agencies, or get directly hired at the agencies I completed hours at.

• Could become a Social Work at presence mental health after graduation
• Could become a school Social Worker after
