Generally, Social workers use a change process towards their practice and clients. Change processes are mainly use on the three level of social work for example, Macro, Mezzo, and Micro. Furthermore, there are eight change process phases that social workers uses in practice and clients. The first phase it is Engaging Clients in an Appropriate Working Relationship. This first phase emphasizes that by, social workers engaging with clients in a appropriate way then therefore, the social worker can break any barriers in the engagement process with the client. This means first of all, the worker has to use active listing to identify the issues and needs that the client is representing. The worker should always allow the client to express their concern towards a issue or need. In addition, the worker can meet the client issues or needs by providing problems solving methods, assets and resources. By, human services programs which are social provisions, us a temporary assistance that allows social workers get resources for their clients as, food,clothing, and housing. Personal services, it is an program that includes problem solving and enhancement program. Also, it helps individuals resolve their personal ethical dilemma .and social action it is a method that makes something happen in order to, bring structural changes into the social system or to prevent adverse change. Moreover, the third phase it is Collecting and Assessing Information by social workers observing, documenting/logs a case study,and expert point of view. A social worker can use observation to collect and assess information by seeing and listening what the client may need.
