Social Work Process Paper

Generally, Social workers use a change process towards their practice and clients. Change processes are mainly use on the three level of social work for example, Macro, Mezzo, and Micro. Furthermore, there are eight change process phases that social workers uses in practice and clients.
The first phase it is Engaging Clients in an Appropriate Working Relationship. This first phase emphasizes that by, social workers engaging with clients in a appropriate way then therefore, the social worker can break any barriers in the engagement process with the client.
