Karl Marx introduces theory materialistic in society. Karl Marx makes this theory aid to form equality between societies and have a better life of society. In Karl Marx era, his founds that huge gap in society between bourgeois and workers. Bourgeois enjoy the fruit of labour while workers contribute labour. Bourgeois introduce material forces of production based on Marx terminology that include capital, land and labour, whereas social relations of production refers to the division of labour and implied class relationship. In addition, the owner makes their huge profit by paying worker less than their work worth. Max told that totality relation of economic structure form shape of superstructure of society. Other than that, owner exploit economic power to control the state depends on production produce. Emile Durkheim which known as father of modern social science was introduced many theories such as division of labour in society in 1892, rules of the sociological method 1895 and suicide 1897. In Durkheim research of division of labour, his study and compare two solidarity which is mechanical (traditional) and organic (modern) based on morality and anomie. Main goal of this division of labour is individualism, individual become egoism and no investment towards welfare. There are huge different between mechanical and organic solidarity based on degree of society, division of job, deviant law and etc. For example, in organic solidarity (modern) which has higher division of labour, specialized task between individual, people more selfish and moral regulated, and there also has proper law system assigned when deviant occur. Division of labour based on my experiment is in year 2012, after I finished my studied in pre-university of UNIM... ... middle of paper ... ...d, they only get an increase of salary. If they are operator, they always remain as operator until the end and never became supervisors or etc. The vacancy of highest position was filling with new person that higher education level. As conclude that, Karl Marx theory of Materialistic is selected to improve the social relationship between all employees in this factory. The equality and better life will be archive by using this theory. With the help of this theory, owner must give long holidays during festival such as Eid festival and etc. In addition, to avoid alienation occur, the factory must make an events such as family day, sport days and picnic for all employee including foreigner employee. With this step, better life can be achieved. Last but not least, highest education system is crucial to enhance ability to get skilful job thus more salary will get.

    Emile Durkheim main concern was social order, and how individual integrated to maintain it. The Division of Labor was one of Durkheim’s first major works.
