Recommended: Sociological theory in explaining social capital

In this paper, I will discuss about the use of space and time in my organization to establish social capital as well as the other parts of the question. To establish the social capital space and time is part of the indivisible matrix of social capital supports. Social relationships flourish in social spaces. Space and time for people to gather and make connections with one another is the sunlight of social capital. My bosses put several thousand of its employees into a single hall because they thought that the some of the best decisions and insights come from the hallway and cafeteria discussions. We spent lots of time together. Probably we spent more and more time in the meeting hall. We discussed on companies plans, schemes. Everybody shares their ideas, views, knowledge and experience. It was nice experience for me. It was long and nice communication. Because of the space people communicate with each other, spent time with each other which results good relation they become supportive, respectful, cooperative, helpful, trustworthy and finally this all creates strong bonding. The role in space in any organization affects the overall life of the person. Most of the time during my job we planned for outing and spending time together outside the office and enjoy a lot this make us happy and joyful. It was great fun with my colleagues and staff members. I made so many friends during this trip. This kind of activity generates and helpful in making good relation with each other. It changes the mentality and perception towards one another. We were always encouraged and appreciated by our bosses and managers. Our leader gave training about the social values and social ethics. The space of my organization communicate shows the so many things. Every employee of my organization using all social networking sites. Whenever they were free they use the space of the company and communicate with the other employee. We communicate with our clients with the Email. We communicate with our staff members, colleagues, managers, bosses and many more. Most of the time we informed our manager or boss about our leave or any emergency with the help of cell phones. With the help of skype we talked some of our customers and discussed our plans and offers. Sometimes we did some deal online marketing.
