There is no doubt that the people of this modern era are facing lots of issues and dangers for their health. People are becoming addicted to a number of different addictions, such as smoking, drinking and so on. There are numbers of addictions that are available to the people around the globe. the experts are of the view that the addictions have some special charms and people get attracted to that craving owing that charm, however once they become addicted they feel helpless and most of the time they cannot quit that obsession. Smoking is one of such obsessions of people. There are number of researches and studies that suggest that smoking is not safe for life; however it has been observed that over a number of years numbers of smokers are raised, which is really alarming.
SEVERITY OF THE ISSUE
Smoking is becoming a dangerous mania around the globe. There are some really harsh statistics. As par statistics the rate of smoking is increasing in United States of America in great pace and the same is leading towards unhealthy lifestyles. In the following lines the paper will discuss a table.

There is a perception that when the people are not doing anything they usually are planning for something unproductive; therefore there are some experts who are of the view that the smoker try to get busy in some productive tasks, such as exercise and yoga. This will help them to beat their craving for cigarettes.

BEST WAY TO QUIT SMOKING
Use of yoga and exercise is the best way to deal with smoking habit. Yoga is healthy habit and it can give some great results. There are many experts who are of the view that yoga and other forms of exercises are really helpful in quitting smoking. (Carr, 1985 )

In the end, I would like to state that no strategy can work on a person, unless the smoker really want to quit smoking otherwise they would find hundreds of thousands logics to keep on going with their smoking addiction.
