I think the four biggest tech challenge facing small businesses today, are hiring new employees, increasing profits, managing cash flow, and last voiding client dependence.

Because if an employees do not want in your business that how any business loss good employees. If you employees do not feel that you or other employees do not respect them, that is another red flags specify if they employees if the managers do not know how to balance being professional with being human. I am being professional they know they can trust their managers to have their back when they need but know that the employer is human and they have feeling you just cannot go a whole year with telling your employer that you thank them for working with your company or you doing a good job. Second one, is increasing profit in a small business. First one is increase productivity of your staff. You must recognize and reward your staff contributions with staff performance reviews. Because your staff is the one who is sale your business product, you must teach them sales skills and how to sell the products so customers can come back or so customers can make multiple purchases.

Goals that focus on creating a healthy work environment, providing great customer service, and giving back to the community.
