Simon Cowell is a big success in the music industry producing big hit television shows including American Idol and the X-Factor. Cowell has not always been very successful although; he has had an easy childhood but after leaving the house, he had many complications with setting out. Simon Cowell had a rough, harsh start on his life from the moment he started out, but with some help and advice of his father, he is now well known and a huge success. Cowell, through his whole life has always had a bad temper with an interesting background to go with it. Simon Cowell is fifty-six years old and was born in London on October 7 in 1959. He was born into a giant family of eight with a five siblings. When Simon Cowell was young his temper got him into trouble, most of the time resulting in being thrown out of school; multiple times. Cowell’s father is Eric Phillip Cowell and his mother is Julie Brett Cowell. Simon Cowell’s childhood was filled with music, and is still a big part of him today. His father worked at EMI music publishing as a music executive and his mother was a stay at home wife. As he grew older, he found he wanted to pursue as being an entrepreneur. Cowell had trouble obtaining a job and staying in school. Simon Cowell had a very rugged time getting into the music industry but luckily since his father worked at EMI music publishing, he was able to get a job there; his job there was working in the mailroom. Once in the music industry, he got into college. With his personality and temper, he had been again, kicked out of school resulting in him having a low education. Simon Cowell is very determined and resilient which enabled him to keep going and climb his way to the top and become very successful.
