Hitler and Stalin were both considered the most absolute rulers in all of history. Stalin was able to become an absolute ruler by forcing people to obey him by killing millions of Russians. It wasn’t until Stalin had power in his country until he had started killing many Russians. However, Hitler was able to become an absolute ruler without going to the extreme measures of killing millions of his own people. Hitler was able to influence his people mentally so they would not only be on his side but they would also be willing to die for him and what he had stood for. He was able to influence most of the German population during the time of World War Two. So how did Hitler manage to have such a huge impact on the German’s beliefs. Hitler had …show more content…
Stalin was able to become an absolute ruler by forcing people to obey him by killing millions of Russians. Hitler was respected by his people, as for Stalin he was more feared than respected. Stalin had never received gifts from his citizens like Hitler had before. Some of the gifts that Hitler received would blow your mind and really show how much respect and love they had for him. Even some children would throw away their parents ideals because they had respected Hitler so much. Stuff like that really blows people minds, its crazy that one of the worst people to ever walk this Earth could have such love and respect from so many people. People who helped ran the concentration camps were never really forced to kill anyone they had imprisoned there. There was no consequence for soldiers who didn’t kill a Jew at the concentration camp. They did it because they had truly believed in what Hitler had told them about. They were believing that Jews were the cause of losing World War One, and they were willing to kill the Jews because they didn’t want to lose World War Two. Hitler truly had a respect for his citizens that Stalin could only dream of. Hitler was one of the most absolute rulers of all of history. Instead of making his citizens fear him, he had respect and love for him that made him into an absolute
With the dawn of civilization soon thereafter followed the creation of authoritarian and totalitarian establishments. The history of man is inundated with instances of leaders rising to power over certain groups of people and through various means gaining formidable control to be used for good, evil, or an ambiguous mixture of both. However, it is an undeniable fact that once unchecked power is acquired, tyranny often ensues, and thus a dictatorial regime is born. Over the centuries, governmental establishments have risen and fallen, but as history and civilization progress, so does the potential for a larger and more powerful domination. The development of differing and contrasting theologies and structural philosophies leads not only to conflict, but perhaps more prominently to unification under one rule with a common belief, especially when that unifying belief provides a promising sense of belonging and structure to a weak society. This is what led to the rise of two of the most domineering totalitarian governments in history: Stalin’s Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR) and Hitler’s Nazi Germany, or the Third Reich.
Hitler was superb at convincing people to believe everything he said. He promised the people a roast in every pot, security, and many more things. By promising the people security that meant that he would keep them all safe and that he can do a better job than anyone else. Adolf Hitler increased in support from bankers and industrialists. So, pretty much he had most of the people who had higher power on his side durning this time period. The the united States stock market crasedd in October 1929 unemployment in Germany quickly rose to over six million. This opened another window for Hitler to get more peoplewho thought that they had nothing and their life was over to side with him. President Hindenburg did not want for Hitler to become the chancellor so instead he appointed Von Pappen but, Adolf Hitler did not agree nor did the Nazi's. hitler eventually did become the chancellor on January 30th, 1933 Hitler then banned all political parties. In 1934 the president died and Adolf Hitler forced his way into power. Now that he was the president he can change anyhting that he wants.
Adolph Hitler and Joseph Stalin were both atrocious people because of what they did, but despite that, they accomplished a great deal of achievements. Accomplishments put aside, I think that Joseph Stalin was worse than Hitler. They both worked hard to get to what they were back in the time of their rule. They both committed endless crimes against humanity, but they accomplished most of what they did with incredible military might and willpower.
During the time that led up to World War II there was two national leaders who rose to power. They caused misery and death to millions of people while under their rule. These two well-known national leaders were Adolf Hitler and Joseph Stalin. They were two of the most murderous leaders the world has ever seen, and were surprisingly similar in many ways. These two widely known national leaders had many similarities such as both of them killed millions of innocent people, both rose in power due to favorable conditions, and both were very skilled users in propaganda.
When Hitler was campaigning as a candidate for Chancellor he stated in one of his speeches, “Show tomorrow your firm national unity. Support with me and the Reich Chancellor the principle of equal rights and of peace with honor” (Larson, p. 175). By using a manipulative style of speaking to the public Hitler was able to present himself as one for the people, showing that he prioritized them above everything else. However, this was all a trick to increase Hitler’s popularity so he could eventually become dominant over all aspects of German life. The Nazi Regime achieved this through strategic implementations of propaganda.
Adolf Hitler had an important influence on his people in Germany. This influence originated from an idea called supernatural supremacy. Even though Hitler did not create supernatural supremacy, he had a veritably prodigious influence on it. Hitler’s influence on supernatural supremacy was because of its occult root, the Hitler youth, and Hitler’s propaganda.

Isaac Murrin Mr. J. Pharion Freshman English 20 February 2013 The Similarities and Differences between Lenin and Stalin Vladimir Lenin and Joseph Stalin were similar in what they claimed to be, but in actuality they were very different people. Although Stalin claimed that he followed Leninism, the philosophy that Lenin developed from Marxism, he often distorted it to follow what he wanted to do. While Lenin wanted to make a unified society without classes, with production in the hands of the people, while Stalin wanted to make Russia into a modern industrial powerhouse by using the government to control production. Lenin accomplished his goals through violence, because he thought achieving the Communist revolution was worth using violence, with a ‘The ends justify the means’ mentality. Stalin also used violence to accomplish his goals, however Stalin used much more violence than was often necessary to accomplish his goals.
Josef Stalin, a politician from the earliest beginnings of his life, strove to achieve a national sense of power during his reign over the citizens of Russia. Adolf Hitler, however, a born high school dropout somewhat longed for a place in life. He rather fell into his role as a politician, after his brief shortcomings in arts and sciences. These two individuals developed varying ideas to put their controlling minds to work to lead their political parties in the direction of total domination of the state.
Hitler wasn't well known during World War I. As a matter of fact, Hitler was a private during the war and ended up gaining power because he appealed to a large number of German people. He appealed to them by a combination of an effective and well-practiced style of speaking with what looked like undoubtable sincerity and determination. This helped Hitler find a large audience for his program of national revival, racial pride in Germanic values, hatred for France and of the Jewish and other un-German races, and despise for the Weimer Republic. With the way he spoke, Hitler convinced the people of Germany to believe that a dictatorship was the only thing that could save Germany from the problems it was having. Hitler's views only changed a little in the years to follow; yet he still managed to draw an increasing number of people to his speeches.
We all have gone through troubling times in our life. We have all experienced pain and loss one way or another. The Holocaust was a completely different kind of horror, and Adolf Hitler was the sole cause of World War II and the Holocaust. The Holocaust was a terrible time for the Jewish people of Germany. Hitler had two plans for Germany, the camp life was traumatizing and the aftermath of the Holocaust left Germany both physically and mentally broken.
Politics. Politics control this world, and sometimes for the worst. Politicians can be deceiving, and lie right to you, with no signs of remorse. They can be the worst type of human being, manipulating you for their own cause. They can be evil. In America, the next presidential election is approaching, and we have many of these politicians trying to become our next president. Although there are many, I 'm going to concentrate on one. Donald Trump. He is a corrupt politician, and a cancer to our society. This man is so malevolent, he is drawing comparisons to one of the most barbarous men of all time, Adolf Hitler. These men are eerily similar, and I am uneasy knowing that someone that could be our next president is showing similarities to a mass murderer. These are not erroneous claims. Donald Trump and Adolf Hitler are similar because of their rhetorical abilities, hating of
