A good organizational culture can motivate corporation developing and arouse employee’ s potential personal abilities. There are seven characteristics of organizational culture: Innovation, Attention to Detail, Emphasis on outcome, and Emphasis on people, teamwork, Aggressiveness, Stability, in the different groups have to put several aspects in this characteristics. Organizational structure and culture have a dependent relationship with one another. Business management structure determines the behaviors, attitudes, dispositions and ethics that create the work culture. For example, if a company 's organizational structure is harshly hierarchical, with decision-making power centralized at the top, the company 's culture will likely reflect a lack of freedom and autonomy at the lower levels. But if a company 's management structure is decentralized, with shared power and authority at all levels, the culture is likely to be more independent, personalized and accountable. Weak culture provides limited strategy, supports, and supply because there are no briefs, examples, values that can use as a potential asset.
