Imagine you are on your family vacation along a beach in California. That may sound amazing, but you just got a new iPad that is just calling your name. There are so many fun activities to do like go to the aquarium, swim at the beach, or go to a cool restaurant. Instead, you just sit in your hotel room playing on your iPad. You don’t talk to your family or even move at all. It’s as if you’re not even on vacation. This is exactly what happened to the Campbell family during spring break one year. It’s things like this that make me believe that my school should join the nationally recognized ¨Shut Down Your Screen Week¨ because Google makes people dense and technology is distracting.
