Yes, I think schools should offer cash for good test scores because it gives the students encouragement to try their hardest. In an online survey asking this same question, 59% of the participants have chosen yes and 41% have chosen no. A few people chose no because they believed taxes would have to be raised in order to collect the money to pay the students. Some thinks kids need to learn the importance of hard work without getting a reward back. It also takes away the teachers funds and learning abilities. I think if they gave them a reward they would take that money for advantage like cheat on tests to get a higher grade and not learn anything at all. Cheating can take away the privileges of having cash given out by the schools and the students wouldn’t want that. It can also cause bullies and let others down by telling a student this and that because one got low cash and the other got high cash. As soon as they found out that the students who didn’t get money because they were getting so low test scores they stopped it. The students with excellent test scores got bummed out because they weren’t going to get paid anymore and their grades started
