Persona: Brad is a 24 year old college graduate living in Chicago, IL and working two part-time jobs trying to make ends meet. He has been struggling to find full time work in a fierce job market due to a slow economy. The low hiring environment can be summarized in two ways:

Slow growth related to the economy is keeping many employers from hiring entry level positions.
Those men and women who were readying themselves for retirement have found much of their nest egg lost and are needing to work longer into their retirement age. This is slowing and even stopping advancement opportunities in many organizations.

Brad is looking for employment and wants free, professional help in preparing for his interviews and how to stand out from the vast field of candidates. He knows he needs to dress the part and wants help in knowing how best to dress for his interviews.

The purpose of the proposed content is to position Shenshi in the USA as a company who is there to help young American men to find full time employment. We can do this all the while following the Shenshi 's brand experiences: Inspiration, Identity and Utilitarian.
Shenshi will be able to inspire young American men be better prepared for finding (interviewing) their dream careers via the proposed Sheshi Works website.
Shenshi will offer identity in the fact the target demographic in America is struggling (as a whole) to find full-time employment.
Shenshi offers the utilitarian experience by providing these young men with fashion expertise for interviewing and once full time employment is found, there is a need to know how to dress professionally at work.

The voice written is that of a fellow young American man looking for work. A young gentleman who is college educated and struggling to make ends meet while trying to land a position that provides full time
