Ken has to understand how his friends and families think about him and explain his own feelings honestly to them. Moreover, Ken may change his view on life position (Harris, 1969) to ‘I am O.K., You are O.K.’ instead of ‘I am not O.K., you are O.K.’. In this stage, it can help Ken solve the problem easily and think more positively, especially more willing to talk with others as well.

Problem 3: Social Isolation

Social isolation takes place when you feel alone and not feeling a part of the wider society (Gierveld & Tilburg, 2016). Since Ken only view the College as a stepping stone for him to reach the University, He feels not necessary to make good friend in the College. Furthermore, because of the easy College work, there is no reason to get involved with the College classmates for Ken. In addition, Social Isolation can make Ken feels more lonely and helpless as well as suffer from stress (Beebe, 2011).
