What is E-Business? E-Business can be known as electronic business, many company are now using internet to conduct their business. E-Business processes would include buying and selling products, providing automated employee service, processing payments, and more (Vangie.B, 2017). Not only that, it also brings a lot of advantages and convenience to the user and the company. Aim and objectives The aim of this research is to analyze how vital a role social media and websites such as Trip Advisor play in the success of a business in the tourism industry. The objectives are the following: 1- To identify and establish the principal websites and social media sites which consumers consult before purchasing hospitality and tourism services and products.
For example, an organization implementing e-commerce or e-business in real time through internet to expand and set up it place in market. Subsequently, the best way is the use of Web service from organization, which needs grow up and support a place in the business. This is because of the fact that the increasing and advancement of the technology and communication the use of the Web to make business is rising as well. In this way, when any organization applies Web Services, the business value increase because all the profits that carries work on the path to help the organization in its development. Some of the benefits that increase business value of Web services are availability of services by organization internally or externally to a wide range of platform and client, both increasing income and conveying more value to clients.
Considering that the company sells their products directly to customers, the recommended business model is Business-to-Consumer (B2C) which involves transaction between business organization and consumers (See Figure 4). The appropriate use of e-commerce tools to connect and communicate with customers can make difference to the business’s success. In terms of communication, the use of Instant Messages (IM) would help customers to clarify doubts, register complaints and address many other subject. The use of an email is still important because the time zone difference. And finally, it is recommended to use a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) that will allow to increase the amount of visitors to a web site by obtaining a high-ranking placement in the search results page.
