R/s according to Ms. Stanton, she won the lottery and is getting a BMW if she pays the taxes and she already sent $300 to someone. ALLEGATIONS: R/s Elisabeth Stanton has been evaluated with having a limited intellect and her progress is slow. R/s Ms. Stanton has a diagnosis of schizoaffective disorder. R/s Ms. Stanton wants her boyfriend, Frederick Graham out of her apartment. R/s reportedly Mr. Graham asks and badgers Ms. Stanton for money, so he can buy weed and alcohol. R/s it was reported that Mr. Graham is aggressive to Ms. Stanton and on yesterday he hit her, but LE was not called.
