When students, professors or whomever eventually sit to down to compose an essay, the preparation and approach of each scholar may differ from person to person. Writing may come easy to many students, however, with the proper tips and lessons one may find a way to expedite and improve their paper. Personally, the key to achievement when attempting to write an A grade paper comes from the time and effort put into the preparation, like an outline or rough draft, as well as, the commitment to success a student has from themselves. Typically, when given a writing assignment, the first thing I do is to examine the prompt. Once the research and analysis fully grasp the essay’s idea, the writer is prepared to indulge him or herself in words as they take on the rough draft aspect of the process. For myself, the “rough draft” aspect remains much more brief than most other people. This is because I believe the most elegant structure and use of speech are unveiled on the brain’s first instinct, like many other features in life. As a writer, I tend to compose naturally, creating words and ideas together through my outline, as I write the first words that come to my mind. By the time that I am finished with my essay, the main ideas and messages I am attempting to get across are fully seized and my paper is nearly finished, but now the editing starts. I do not consider my first draft as a “rough draft” because the last step is not much of a final draft, as opposed to, the use of the spelling and grammar tool and editing in synonyms for words I have used in abundance. Once that is finished, one last read of the paper in its entirety is at the forefront for completing the writing
