Boys are always interested in sport at a young age, sports like football, hockey, and soccer. I found these sports to be boring and not fun for me to play. One day when I was in the midst of browsing the internet I came across a video of a boy not too much older than I was at the time, by the name of Ryan Sheckler. This boy had an online video showing off his abilities on a skateboard. To a certain extent I was intrigued and impressed. My attention was set towards my goal of learning how to skateboard. I then left my house to get myself a skateboard at the store. When I arrived at the store there were plenty of options to choose from, like different sizes (length and width), wheels, bearings, trucks, and even grip tape. In the end, I decided on getting a blind deck with independent trucks, spitfire wheels and bearings and Jessup grip tape. After getting the deck put together, I left the store and started my adventure forward into the underground world of skateboarding.
