In North Island, there are many volcanoes, hot Springs; while in South Island, glaciers and lakes are everywhere. (New Zealand- Ultimate Journeys.2009) Although New Zealand is a country with a short history and few cultural monuments, it has no effect on its magnificent natural beauty. Besides its landscape, tourists are also attracted by its unique culture, architecture and different resorts. Usually, a well-running tourism serves as a bridge which spreads its local cultures, and improves transportation as well as develops domestic economy and expands recruitment vacancies. With the growth rate of 6% per year in global tourism industry, the demand for new tourism services reached 1,178,000 in New Zealand in 2010. The tourism industry is one of the mainstream industries in New Zealand economy. More than 150,000 people are engaged in industries directly or indirectly related to its tourism industry. An Analysis of the Employment Direction of Tourism Specialty in New Zealand shows more than 2.5 million overseas visitors visited New Zealand each year, and domestic and foreign tourists contributed more than $20 billion NZD to New Zealand economy annually in 2010. However, the number of visitors to New Zealand has passed the 3.5 million mark with total arrivals up 11 per cent for the year ending January 2017.
