Although they have seen many changes one thing remains the same and that is that they take care of their employees. HRMC offers competitive pay rates and benefits packages. The Cape Fear Valley Health System’s mission is to, “provide exceptional health care for all our patients.” Cape Fear Valley strives to, “improve the quality of every life we touch.” The health system has followed through with its goals and opened six hospitals, providing care to Cumberland County, Bladen County, and Hoke County. The organization has provided health care in many different fields, including oncology, neuroscience, weight loss, cardiology, emergency rooms, and Intensive Care Units. In doing so, they have provided a variety of healthcare to a plethora of people.
The city has five level one trauma hospitals, one being the Children’s Mercy Hospital which specializes in pediatrics. Children’s Mercy Hospital also obtains a personal fleet of pediatric ambulances and rescue helicopter.
Along my journey through medical school, my interest in anesthesia grew. I joined my school's anesthesiology club for a better understanding of the specialty. During my clinical rotations, I trailed after anesthesiologists I've the chance to come across, talk to them before and after procedures in my OBGYN and General Surgery cases. I reached out to recent graduates matching into anesthesia, and that's when my attention was directed to your respected program. I had the valuable chance to communicate with a current RCRMC resident, and truly feel RCRMC to be the ideal place for medical training and education. Since then I've been on the lookout for the opportunity to sign up on an anesthesia rotation with Riverside County Regional Medical Center.

Utopia University Medical Center (UUMC) is at the center of a thriving network of schools, clinics, and health-related organizations that serves the greater Utopian area. Established over 40 years ago, the mission of UUMC remains, as it has from the beginning, to “advance health and wellness through education, research, and patient care” through the core values of “innovation, collaboration, accountability, respect and excellence” (St Jude Hospital). With well over 375 licensed beds, UUMC had over 18,000 admissions last year and over 60,000 emergency department visits. In addition, affiliated medical clinics in the greater Utopian area had over 370,000 outpatient clinic visits. A broad set of specialty services is provided in these clinics including everything from audiology to wound care.
The cost of Medical equipment plays a significant role in the delivery of health care. The clinical engineering at Victoria Hospital is an important branch of the hospital team management that are working to strategies ways to improve quality of service and lower cost repairs of equipments. The team members from Biomedical and maintenance engineering’s roles are to ensure utilization of quality equipments such as endoscope and minimize length of repair time. All these issues are a major influence in the hospital’s project cost. For example, Victory hospital, which is located in Canada, is in the process of evaluating different options to decrease cost of its endoscope repair. This equipment is use in the endoscopy department for gastroenterological and surgical procedures. In 1993, 2,500 cases where approximately performed and extensive maintenance of the equipment where needed before and after each of those cases. Despite the appropriate care of the scope, repair requirement where still needed. The total cost of repair that year was $60,000 and the repair services where done by an original equipment manufacturers in Ontario.

It is one of the most prestigious and prominent hospitals in America. Johns Hopkins is ranked in the top 10 hospitals for over twenty years and doesn’t show any signs of plummeting lower.
