Now days in the United States many American carry a gun on them or in the personal vehicle to feel safe. In order to be allowed to legally carry a hand gun in public one is required to take, pass, and obtain a CHL license. To obtain a license to carry, there is a class that covers gun safety, the one taking the class will learn and be required how to load a gun the correct way as well as how to clean a gun. Then once the class portion is completed then there is a requirement to show a set amount of bullets. You will be required to take and pass a test before you can obtain a CHL license. “Even if one has a CHL they are still not allowed to carry in any federal building, federal courthouses, any property that is owned or rented by the federal government, in prisons, military bases, and national cemeteries.” (Handgunlaw.us). There is a bill that states if an” American that is carrying a hand gun crosses the state line, then that person will follow their home states gun laws.”
