Should the United States of America still be in the Afghanistan war after 12 long years? Many Americans believe that servicemen should leave Afghanistan, but many think we should stay. The United States can’t just give up and leave! The military has to continue their mission. Or make a new plan to slowly pull American troops out of Afghanistan. Our military has worked too hard and lost too many American soldiers just to give up and forget about the mission.
In the article “Benefits Of Afghanistan War” it stated, “If the U.S were to draw out from Afghanistan war, the country could become overwhelmed with turmoil”. So if the United States leaves Afghanistan then its going to go back to the way it was before the United States military got there! Terrorists would travel to the unstable country and cause violence and destruction, overwhelming the Afghan government. “... if the U.S were to withdraw their forces at this early stage, more terrorist organization would flood Afghanistan” (Benefits Of Afghanistan War). America has to focus on promoting peace and stability by creating a powerful military strategy in Afghanistan. America still has to build up the Afghan military, so they can control and defend their own country. But the outcome of Afghanistan depends on the actions of the United States. Even tho its a slow process winning over the people of Afghanistan, our troops are helping the villages and towns by build schools and safe roads. It’s just a difficult situation because the Taliban sabotage the great work American troops have done.

...States is in this war. But the poor civilians and hard working farmers in Afghanistan are victims of the Taliban. The Taliban is forcing the farmers to give up their crops to feed the Taliban. Also the Taliban is forcing the civilians and farmers to fight the Americans and Nato forces and if they don’t the Taliban with kill them and their whole family. It stated in the Los Angeles Times “... a complete withdraw wouldn’t be in the interest either of this country or Afghanistan…”. Right now America is just losing soldiers lives in the middle east but if we let Afghanistan be a stronghold for terrorist than the United States could see another September 11, 2001. The United States homeland could be threatened if we don't control the Terrorist in Afghanistan. That is why I strongly believe the United States should still continue military operations and aid in Afghanistan.
The author detailed the many of the difficulties faced by the special operations forces in Afghanistan. They made significant gains with the Village Stability Operations and a major concern for them was losing ground. However, certain factors threatened those gains. On September 11, 2001, the most disastrous terrorist attack in U.S. history left a countless number of innocent Americans both dead and missing. The Taliban’s assault on the Pentagon and annihilation of New York’s World Trade Center caused the entire country to wonder what was going on in the rest of the world to cause so much animosity toward our great nation. Little did many American citizens know that this shocking catastrophe was the result of years of unrest and chaos in the Middle East. The tragic events of September 11th occurred as a result of the recent, political history of Afghanistan, the development of the radical Islamic group, the Taliban, and the monetary and military support that the Taliban has received.
Pick up any newspaper or point your web browser to any major or minor news publication and questions like these will be all over them. A lot of Americans feel that the War on Terror and our presence in Iraq has lasted too long. Are they correct? Should we pull out and call it quits? Should we have another repeat of the Vietnam War? Believe it or not, that's how a lot of people view this war, as another Vietnam. They feel that we are out there, putting the American nose into something that shouldn't be picked. But they are not entirely true.

The Soviet-Afghan War saw the end of communism but the rise of terrorism. Afghanistan would continue to be a breeding ground for terrorist groups and the U.S. would get involved in Afghanistan in 2001 to fight Taliban and Al Qaeda groups, who developed after the Soviet-Afghan War. Time can only tell if the United States will follow the same path as the Soviet Union in defeat.
United States starts fighting terrorism in Afghanistan by overthrowing Taliban (Terrorist Organization). Tried to support Pakistan and Afghanistan people by bringing their Force into their countries to end war. When Osama Bin Laden was killed, it was a big victory for the US to change everything and not weaken Al Qaeda. Al Qaeda has a mission to overthrow all American troops from the land of Muslim countries. Here I recommend the United States to leave Muslim countries in their own way and do not intervene in their foreign policies and other internal decisions, if they really want to end up in a war on terror.
Afghanistan since its beginning has been a place of conflict, despair, and at times lost hope. It has been taken advantage of and lost its sense of identity, which has had a direct effect on its people, and there own sense of what justice truly is.

Recent studies on parental involvement in education have found that there are many benefits for both the student and the adult when parents become involved in their children’s education. Without parent support, it is very difficult for a child to be motivated. From what I have seen growing up, only a small percentage of students are self-motivated, so it is absolutely vital that parents assist in the motivation process. I found this table to be particularly interesting and important.
