Introduction
This is a site review of four top career job placement site online. I will talk about each one and save the best for last. Where I will explain the reasons why I think it is the best for people searching for a job in Maine.
When stricken for a means of exploring the net, I would prefer the Quintessential search engine Google. My three reasons being, firstly Google's a giant search engine fetching superb hits with hardly any I recognize as irrelevant. Lastly Google has such marvelous aesthetics for separating ads from the end results. My superior keywords customized my search results. I specified a narrow aspect of a broad topic with the keyword “jobs maine.” I searched Google with distinctive keywords and phrases “jobs in Maine”, “jobs in southern Maine”. I found the following four websites from these searches. Now lets get off to the searching races.

First up in the roundup is Career Builders'. I searched career builders in Maine at Google so that I could find a site to review. The design is professionally done with ease of use and a simple design. The site is well done and looks great to the eye, but stunning as it maybe I wanted to look else were from the this website. The heading are professionally done, I can view all aspects of the site from a quick click from the heading. I was able to move from page to page without problems. The graphics work for the site and help me get interested in a career. This site post job openings all over the world. With the hopes of helping people start again or upgrade their current position. ... not win any awards for best design or most innovated though the site works well. The website has a complete job resource needed. The information is local and deals directly with the employers having the both together for ease of use.
Final Recommendations
The site is still the company in the middle, it has the same search function that most job site have. This one is locally and works with employers much like a career center. Applying, interviewing and getting a job a lot easier . Simple overall design, easy way to view local with all job openings by region. The website has the complete job resources needed. The main site simple and guides you to hot links. More links can be found in regular places. The bottom line Jobs in Maine was informative and Entertained me long enough to take full advantage of the content and learn new career skills.

The overall process of using Mymajors.com was very strenuous, in the sense that there was a lot of questions. The results of the suggested careers were not surprising, but they also didn’t appeal to me that much. I knew based on my answers , that it would think I wanted a job with mathematics, however that’s just not the case (sounds boring). My final conclusion was not swayed by the research. My interest remains in the HVAC field, military, and really any job that provides fair to good pay, and benefits. I would like to do more research on Jefferson College.

This book was an extremely captivating read that I had a hard time putting down. This exciting novel was about an upstart gang of Vietnamese youths that formed in Chinatown who violently made their presence felt, they were known by the name Born to Kill. This book had many legal issues that we discussed in class and only a couple of issues that were not handled correctly in my eyes. This is a book that anyone that is interested in Asian organized crime should read.

The website that has been chosen to be evaluated by me is IKEA’s website. IKEA website is actually one of the profit-making website. The website enables people to choose for their items and make a list before they make a real purchase at the real IKEA store. Basically, IKEA store is a store that provides home furnishing products such as sofas, beds, kitchen stuff, toiletries and some others. And even more, they had a showroom to inspire people to decorate their own house. So, in the website, there is also a preview of the showroom as it will helps for those that did not get a chance to go to the IKEA store.
AJ Hackett looks after their employees by providing them with food; this is done 3 to 4 times in the winter to keep their employees happy and to motivate them to come to work even when it’s cold. After 3 years for working with the company they give their employees $500.00, after 5 years they give you $1000.00 for free. They give their employees gifts on their first day every year that they are still with AJ Hackett. Also they give their employee’s free tickets for the attractions; presents for Christmas and Easter also training is given. AJ Hackett deal with complains efficiently by talking to their client face to face if they have a problem and they offer a refund or another jump. If they have left the site they will email their client and offer the same product or refund. AJ Hackett has appraisals 30, 60 and 90 days into the employees trail, then 6 months later and then every year they will do an appraisal. I think that AJ Hackett would be a great company to work for because they look after their staff really well and they offer some great rewards for working for the company. One of the biggest Health and Safety hazards on site is the staircase because it is designed to look like a bungee cord bouncing back, this is due to customers getting distracted looking around and not focusing on walking down the staircase and they end up tripping or falling
