Reflection paper

Over this past couple of months our group has progressed to a much higher level in outputs as a group and getting to this point wasn 't easy. Our group started off with some “primary tension”, which was a stage that many group members were unfamiliar with roles and had some trust issue in terms of everyone doing their work on time and then we started improving in “group synergy” and outputs for our class.

The reason the introverts get drain is because there brain is always functioning and when they have to interact with people their brains start functioning at a higher level and much there is much energy that is loss. In our group we had some really good ideas due to introverts ideas but blown off because of the extroverts attention span. This lead to some not so great outputs when it comes to brain storming. Another way this personality theory played in group in terms of the “primary tension” was because of “thinking” and “feeling” functions. The feeling function is a part of individuals who are more warm hearted and the thinking function is a function of those who are colder hearted. Half of our group members had “thinking function” and the other half had the “Feeling” function. This resulted in deserter because some people didn’t have this background info on Jung’s theory and therefore they couldn 't get along at a faster rate as opposed to someone who did know this info. Another aspect that played a huge role in our communication was “mindful communication” this is a type of communication where everyone is considerate
