She supports the high expectations that I have set in my classroom and whether I’m here or not holds the students accountable for those expectations.
Beth is constantly monitoring students in my classroom marking down information about IEP observations. She reports to me observations that she sees throughout the day. This is a great way for us to single out a student and work towards helping them to become the best student they can be in the classroom.
Beth has a unique way of working with extremely disruptive students curbing their behavior and accomplishing the goal set. She has a canny ability to reach students that others have been having issues with in the past. Beth has the patience and understanding that students gravitate too.
Beth has also assisted with the implementation of technology in the classroom. Our school has ipads and computer laptops that we use every day. Beth has been a huge help by assisting me throughout the day with logging in and maintaining discipline will working on the
I am writing this recommendation in reference to Mrs. Beth Slette for the West Fargo Public Schools Superintendent position. With the privilege of serving with Mrs. Slette for five years on our executive administrative team at West Fargo, I have been very impressed with her leadership and gifted communicator embracing listening, collaboration and patience. Mrs. Slette has exemplified her communication skills throughout our productive administrative team demonstrating tremendous vision and fortitude for student learning. It is evident that Mrs. Slette has the expertise to work closely with all stakeholders at West Fargo Public Schools to meet the established goals in leading our district.
Mrs. Chris is more than “just the substitute” teacher at Westminster Christian Academy. Many of the high school students who attend attribute her determination
She honestly cares about all her students and makes the effort to learn about them as well. She made me actually enjoy going to her class, despite it was on a Thursday night. In addition, I didn’t mind doing all her assignments because
Over the past year I have grown as both a person and a writer. My writing has improved
She works tirelessly planning and executing school activities, fundraisers, and events to benefit the students. One parent volunteer said it best, “she just doesn’t know how to say, no”. She is an integral part of the Pooler Elementary School family, community and Savannah-Chatham PTA community, who is motivated to share her talents and skills with teachers, parents, and others to ensure the success of our students. As she often says, “It’s all about our
In conclusion, I believe that I can offer a wealth of expertise and experience in contributing towards the continued development of a cohesive, dynamic and collaborative school that focuses on offering outstanding world class learning opportunities for all. I consider myself to be a good role model to students and staff alike and I am committed to leading by example. This, combined with my drive, infectious optimism and commitment to playing a full role within the school beyond those duties set out, make me a strong candidate for the post.
The students in our classrooms, both special education and general education classrooms, require individualized education to reach their full potential. Each child’s potential is different just as each child’s road to reach it is different. Our job as teachers is to be there for the student’s to help them reach their potential through their own unique way.
As a second language learner I have never expected myself to be a perfect writer throughout the semester. Even If English was my first language still, I would not be a perfect writer. It is not about first or second language, it is about how well I understand the learning objectives. Then organizing and writing with my own ideas and putting them in my paper. I am going to be honest, I am not good at English subject and English subject is my strongest weakness than the other subjects. In this paper I will discuss and analyze my own writing, reflecting on the ways that my writing has improved throughout the semester.
She think that she was chosen for the role because of her work ethic and her being able to relate with them and work with them on their homework to make sure that there grades stay up because they are always welling as a crew team to put the kids first no matter the case they treat them as if they were there own and give them all the help and assistance that they
First off, Ms. Sherry is funny, nice, and understanding. She supervises the social workers in her department with the utmost respect. She guides and leads, providing a helping hand when one is needed. I feel that this approach is great. It allows the social workers to work without anyone looking over their shoulders. However, do they have someone there to answer their questions and help them when difficult situations occur. Ms. Sherry’s style does match mine. As we go over policy we somewhat agree that some of the agency’s policies need to change. I love the fact that she knows what she is talking about. She is very informed and I liked the fact that she can actually answer questions that
She has a clear understanding of the information that needs to be dispersed to the trainees. She knows the facts and has done research on the skills that she is teaching. At the same time, she has displayed an inability to implement some of the very skills that she is teaching such as good communication and networking, which would indicate a lack of procedural knowledge. Heather’s inability to answer questions and be a resource to her class would also support this deficiency.
With her love of teaching and caring about her students, Mrs. Wroblewski really wants everyone to succeed. She will take time out of her busy life to help students understand material being taught and will help until the student feels comfortable with it. She has taken time out of her personal life for me to come and visit her at the middle school. She even came to visit me at Whitewater one day before school started. She truly is the world’s best teacher and I am so thankful that I was placed in her seventh grade math class six years ago.

As I ponder over my personal professional development experiences as an educator the realization of how one has developed over time is personally satisfying. Educating children especially children with special needs is a challenge within its self. As a teacher it is important that this writer makes a positive influence with students. There are going to be certain ideas that one tries to uphold and other discriminations that one will not allow. Everyone has their own beliefs teachers should do what is necessary not to infringe on others, but show children different way to think so that they have all the information needed to make educated choices. Children are open-minded they have not yet had to deal with or understand the injustices that they will encounter. If children are taught from an early age they will have the ability to succeed especially children with special needs as an educator my main goal is teaching the purpose of public schools, and education reform. It is my purpose to influence children and be positive influence.
I thought about the ways I could help a struggling student, and the sense of pride I would feel when they accomplished a difficult task. I thought about the way my classroom would look, and the fun activities I would incorporate. What I had not thought about were the multitude of challenges I would face in dealing with diverse students. However, having the opportunity to experience some of the challenges teachers face has not deterred me from pursuing a teaching career. As a result of my field experience, I have a far greater passion for teaching and a profound respect for the amazing teachers I have known in my life. I will work tirelessly to ensure that all of my students are inspired as well provided the tools and opportunities they require to
