During my time at the labyrinth, I had enough time for myself to think about myself. I believe that if people want to learn about themselves, they should be part of the evaluation at the labyrinth. Before I went to the labyrinth, I thought that it was a waste of time, but experiencing the labyrinth helped me realize that the labyrinth helps people find themselves in a way that helps you find out what type of leader you are. At the labyrinth, I realized that I am a nice and helpful person in a way that helps others get motivated. I found out that I was a supportive leader. A supportive leader makes sense for me because I experienced many occasions that I helped my group become successful. Currently I am not on the right path on become an authentic person, but I know what I have to do. It would be a great idea if I were to learn all the types of traits a certain leader has and help myself to combine it as one. This includes in becoming more of a person that can switch the type of leadership style to make sure the group can function well. A leader that can switch the leadership style will help everyone become successful. As an example: If there was an athlete that can switch up their position, the team would become successful because the player can help the team in any are of need the team needs. This situation can help me keep my job for a very long time because little to nobody know people that can switch their type of leadership style and would help be a genuine person in and out of the
