Recommended: Ways to improve the school system

Is our education system really the best? The United States school system is very old school and outdated. It makes america look irresponsible and the future generation less enthusiastic to continue school. I believe America should update its school system. If we improve and redesign school, Students will be more positive and willing to go, they will enjoy more of their free time, teachers will be more effective.

One important reason to redesign school is that students will have a more positive attitude towards school. There is only so much that the US can spend on school. If they don't spend it efficiently, students won't be taught properly and, they will be wasting their time at school. This means that the younger generation won't be educated enough to properly run our country in the future, or that they will even be here to continue to run the US. If we don't start making good use of the school budget and re designing it, then, we will have less of a “land of the free” than a country full of young innovative people. Students may only be 20% of our population, but they are 100% of our future. …show more content…

Students k-12th grade spend 8 hours every weekday sitting in a classroom doing hard work. A lot of hard work can lead to a lot of stress and a lot of frustration. If we give kids some time to just let off steam and de-stress, it will help them relax and focus more. This means more attendance and high grades coming from the students. If we don't reconstruct school, we will have a class that is full of negativity, refusal to work, and lazy/tiredness (“Cough” My class “cough”).
