To begin with my role model is Rap Monster. His real name is Kim Namjoon. Rap Monster is his stage name {RM for short}. He once said “Too many stars, too many dreams. The reality is that in front of these things, I’m just a speck of dust”. On the other hand I do not think that he I a speck of dust to me he is a god or angel. Do you know what time Rap Monster began writing music at? He started writing music around age 14 that is when he was found by the PD of BIGHIT ENTERTAINMENT . He also started rapping at same age he started writing music. I admire him because he inspires me to follow my dreams in becoming a artist.
I admire RM because he is kind, sweet, and really smart. For example, Kim Namjoon is really intelligent he has a really high IQ of 148. Rap Monster also found my favorite group BTS also known Bangtan Boys. They make me really happy and their fans A.R.M.Y. Their lyrics have really deep meaning and every one of their songs tell a story. A few of their song have an sweet and loving meaning. The other has important meaning like Pied Piper. Not to mention, Rap Monster also composed over 100 song and is still composing now. I admire him because I wanted to become an artist and start writing music at his age, but I gave up on that dream.

I know I will never be as good at writing song lyrics or making music like RM does {or any of the other members do}. He loves making music. As soon as a new music video comes out from BTS I get excited and get inspired to follow my dream. Rap Monster even made 2 songs dedicated to A.R.M.Y {BTS fan base}. He explains how thankful that he is for our support. That made me very happy This show how much he cares and how sweet he is. Do not be forget that both song were from all the members hearts. He just put some of his heart and soul in the song like the rest of
Music can be reflection of our life experience. Each genre of music invokes different emotions and reactions in it's listeners. Rap has become a very popular genre in today's society. Is today “Gangster rap” and rappers exploiting society, introducing drugs and instigating violence? In the mid-1980s Gangster rap came to be portray images of violence, guns, gangs, drugs, and sexism. By the 1990s rap music became a major part of the industry and topped the charts. As people begin to operate different things; different music was engendered and that contributed to the variety of music that we have today. This is one of the many things that makes America different but is astringently under looked by everyone. There are many types of different raps
Well, he shows you do not have to be the smartest person to be successful and that never to give up on what you’re after. For example, he puts parts of his personal life into his music to show that just because he has fame and fortune that doesn’t mean he’s like any other human being. He sings and raps about love, passion, and loss. For one in his song “Hotline Bling” from his album “Views,” shows a loss of a friend, or maybe a lover and how things change and one you stop trying to make the relationship work, but turns out into just being “you used to.”
Gil Scott-Heron is known for his powerful and meaningful music. During his time, he has gone through numbers of trials and tribulations but overall, Gil Scott-Heron’s way of words has inspired many. “One of the most important progenitors of rap music, Gil Scott- Heron's aggressive, no-nonsense street poetry inspired a legion of intelligent rappers while his engaging songwriting skills placed him square in the R&B charts later in his career, backed by increasingly contemporary production courtesy of Malcolm Cecil and
Just about anybody can be a good role model. One may ask what a good role model is, and how a good role model dif...
Tupac Amaru Shakur one of the most influential, controversial rappers to have ever existed. He grew up fatherless and at times motherless because of drugs, violence, and twisted ideas. Through struggle and hardships he found his flow. He showed the world that something can come from nothing. From joining up with the Digital Underground to his single debut he worked up he grew his fan base. As he grew in fame so did the East and West rivalry.
His last 2 have been nominated for an ARIA award with the 3rd “Bring It Back” won. His single “Papercuts” currently sits at 2nd on the ARIA urban single charts.
...and how he projects his voice through lyrics. It was genius for him to put out this song since he has many agreeable fans towards his work and for others to listen.
Rap music has given me personally something to look up to. Not a role model but hope of continuing my dreams because rappers successfully made it. “For what’s money without happiness, or hard times without the people you love” is from a song called “Love Yourz” by J. Cole. He clearly understands how there is “beauty in the struggle and ugliness in the success” because he’s lived that life. Other songs such as “2Face” or “The Autograph” were instantly relatable to me because he has been through several struggles from the beginning of his childhood. Cole’s father left when he was six leaving his mother and younger brother alone. Cole became “the man of the house” but becoming a rapper is not as easy as it seems. Cole’s messages in these two songs are relative because I too, have had several issues with my mother and father creating a sense of lonesome. Hearing music like Coles helped me overcome my
It is so hard to become a rapper. But it is harder to become a great rapper. I believe Tupac is a great rapper. Not only a great rapper, but the greatest rapper. Like Snoop Dogg had said, “Tupac was many different things at once.
His songs, which might be considered as simple, actually have deeply philosophical meaning to contemplate on. For instance, the song “Our Love” which he performed tells about the power of love over any biases, stereotypes and differences. Like the song “Our Love”, there are many lyrics which reaffirm the belief in life and love, as well as depict the challenges and struggles on the way. That is why everyone can connect to the songs, finding one aspect of life or another which one has experienced, as
Eminem has been all over the place throughout his rap career. He is considered to be a lyrical genius. In his earlier stages, he tended to rap about very negative things. One of the many topics that were incorporated into his songs, was murder. However, he also rapped about some very positive things.
As a first album you would not expect a person to do so well and win so many music awards, that is why it caught me off guard when I first listened to this album. The album was well composed and was very well thought out, which led him to become very successful on the release of his first album. As a first album, I expected it to be just okay and have maybe one hit song. I also expected it to be a one hit wonder and not a Grammy winner. My expectations were completely wrong and he completely did the opposite of what I expected him to do. I chose to listen to this album because it was something new and it was a genre that I started to get to like before him. So, I decided to give his album a chance and I wanted to see the different music styles he puts towards his songs.
7. People who can reflect deviance admiration are rap artist. They idolize violence as well as excessive partying and degrading women. Although this is true, they still have huge followings off children and young adults that look up to them and wise to be just like them in every way possible.
Many people find someone in his/her life to look up to, a role model. There are many different kinds of role models; they can be singers, public speakers, a parent, or even a friend. Role models also are not determined by certain criteria. A role model can be a role model just because they are a leader or have a great talent. Oprah Winfrey is considered a role model to many individuals because of her tough childhood, wonderful charity work, her schools, and the true relationships with her fans. Oprah stands out among many people on her ability to feel others’ pain and help those people get through their troubling times.
One of my reasons is that I like his voice and performance as well as his songs, as both "Michael Jackson" and "Jackson Five". Michael Jackson sings songs very well in his particular high-pitched tone as it can be proved by the big hits of his songs, for example, "THRILLER", " BILLIE JEAN" and "MOTOWN 25" etc, and by the many prizes he got, for instance, the first prize of male pop vocalists, of records and of R&B singers on Grammy in 1984. Besides, he entertains us with his sharp dance great performance like " moonwalk". When I listen to his songs in the morning before I go out, I can feel cheerful and powerful. I am a fan of Jackson Five as well. Before he began to sing by himself, he was the main vocalist of Jackson Five. When Michael was eleven years old, their first single CD, "I Want You Back", was released, and it was a very big hit all over the world. Michael was still little and cute, but his voice was very vigorous and rhythmical. His songs make me happy and energetic.
