Racism has been a struggle in the world for as long as we can remember. According to globalissues.org, racism is the belief that characteristics and abilities can be attributed to people simply on the basis of their race that some racial groups are superior to others. He calls himself the “invisible man” not due to his physical appearance, but due to the way he feels others see him as. He was brutally tortured in front of his town’s people by making him take off his clothes and fight other black men while blind folded.
