According Table 1.1, the target value of High Quality of Material is most important choice for the customer when they want to purchase new car. We have done a survey form to examine the customer feedback on the service quality of Naza KIA Showroom Sungai Pinang. From the customer feedback showed that the mostly customers more prefer to the car body’s design (include External and Internal of car) besides is the car stability and safety aspect. After that, the car price and future maintenance cost also is to let the customers are notable. Performance of the car engine and fuel economy of the car is the same preferred condition for the customers when they choose the car. Lastly is the public review on the car looks like not well important for the customers’ choices. Through analysis and customer feedback, we know that the mostly customers of Naza KIA Showroom Sungai Pinang is Chinese Male, their age group around 26 to 35 years old. This type of customers is quite more bought the KIA car comparing with others type of customer. The car features are very attracted such as the new model Kia car has six airbags. Therefore the car user has a safety guarantee. As to fulfil the global requirement, the car of Kia was launched high technology like “Push the button” feature, reverse camera, shift lock gear and fuel assist system to prevent sliding. However, there have some disadvantage of Kia car are not quite fuel economy and don’t have hybrid system car at local place According the personal opinion of the Kia salesman whose is the Kia user, he thinks that the body design of car is very important besides need to balance with performance and safety. The cars of Kia are emphasis safety more than their profit. Penang people prefer new things an... ... middle of paper ... ...for a very long time, so many customers seem like feel quite not satisfied on this department. For my opinion, I think that they should train more workers who work at service maintenances department. Efficiency of work at this apartment quite low maybe is the causes of the shorthanded. Therefore it will let customer wait for a very long time. I suggest that the company should not only pay attention to the service attitude of salesman, also need to strengthen the service attitude training of worker of the service maintenances. Moreover, company Kia should improve their public review on their car. Although nowadays the reputation of Kia car is not so famous at Malaysia, but the popularity of Kia car company were very strong at others foreign country. Therefore, the Kia company needs to do more advertisement for promote their car to gain the visibility of the company.
