Paul writes three letters and each one is special and important in their own way. In the letters that he writes to Rome and Corinth, he places a specific purpose and importance on the doctrine of the justification.
In his letter, Paul defines justification as God’s declaration that sinners who believe in Christ are fully pardoned. They are acquitted of all guilt and are in a right legal standing before him, on the basis of what God has done in Jesus Christ. In easier terms, what Paul is saying is that justification is where God forgives sinners of their sins and guilt and allows them to stand before him free of sin in the name of Jesus Christ and all that he has done for sinners.
