My interest is in the field of Public Ethics. I have a background in Human Resources Management and Industrial and Labour Relations. There is a close correlation between ethics and human resources management. Areas such as; training and development , hiring, remuneration, personal development, monitoring and enforcement of standards and values, human resources management policies should create an environment conducive for ethical behavior. The program is also appropriate for me in preparing me for ethical challenges faced by HR professionals and the role expected of me in assisting organization and individuals to realize high ethical standards.
Lastly, I came from a country where our ethical standard is relatively low within the public sector. I am looking forward to completing my program in Public Ethics and be able to play a role in our democratic development and public administration through providing recommendations, consultations, organizing workshop and seminars for public sector departments to maintaining and improving our ethical standard.

Communication and Interpersonal skills; I communicate effectively both in written and spoken. I have experience training employees, delivering presentations, communicating effectively and efficiently with customers. This would aid the public ethics program by me been a responsible thinker, better decision maker, developing relationships and communities, advocating truthfulness, accuracy and honesty.
Networking is a powerful tool for learning, giving and relating to others. During my post graduate program at Conestoga College, I joined both professional and volunteer groups. We discussed ways we can improve the communities through our various program and beyond. Also at the College, I o...

... of my research, I would identify what causes and constitutes conflict of interest and analyze the ethical criteria to be applied and solutions.
Ethics management is another area that I will pursue in my research. When engaging in business management and activities, ethics is placed a top priority. It is relevant to business survival and corporate reputation. In many managerial situations, maintaining proper ethics in an organization can be considered complicated. Ethical issues within the organization ranges from; administration, recruitment and promotion, pay, organizational policies, legal consideration etc. I plan to research on the various obstacles and options that managers may face while leading an ethical company in the business world. I will analyze the models and approaches of ethics management and examine the components of an effective ethics management.
