Bullard argues that unequal environmental protection undermines procedural as well as geographical together with social equity. I strongly defend this argument. With the fact that procedural equity implies the application of government rules in a nondiscriminatory way, unequal protection of the environment is a result of on scientific together with very undemocratic decisions like exclusion actions as well as conflict of interest together with public hearings being held in very remote sites. They are also held at very odd times, and they only consider using English in communicating which is an undermining of those not in positions of speaking in English. The unequal protection of the environment may result from the land utilization decisions which seem to determine residential amenities together with disamenities. Regarding social equity which is a role of sociological factors like race class and ethnicity, unequal environmental protection is seen to undermine it n that poor people, as well as African Americans, are seen to work often in more dangerous jobs as well as live more populated neighborhoods. It is also evident that their kids are normally exposed to all sorts of toxins on the playgrounds as well as fields and homes.
