The Project Approach offers employees a way to motivate and encourage. This kind of motivation will increase their productivity and satisfaction. a. It will take 2-4 weeks to start delivering the service.
b. New project management need some time to organize their people.
c. Services will perform as soon as they finish their organization.

The project will affect the customer positively because the he or she will have a good listener to their needs. They will have explored their demands and will be taken in their consideration.

Project management requires training the employees to the project management principles and to provide training manual for work operation procedures. Training will take time from 2 – 4 weeks for employees to master the work.

3. What do you see as most challenging if the company decides to convert to a project-driven enterprise?
I think the training in project team principles and the initial switching over and the management system has to be modified to include changes in goals and objectives.

- Are they going to finish their service in the same or better quality?
- Will the project or service cost less time or quicker action?
