3.0 Environment Challenges in Transportation
Transportation is the movement of people and goods from origin point to destination point and there are five modes of transport including air, road, rail, sea and pipeline. But transport activities have resulted in growing levels of motorization and congestion. In fact, transportation sector faced challenges of environment due to it increasingly linked to environment problem. The most important impacts of transport on the environment relate to climate change, air quality, noise, water quality, soil quality, biodiversity and land take.

The challenges of reducing carbon emissions and ensuring security of supply are closely linked. The security of supply energy was require that having good access to available fuel supplier, the infrastructure and to have enough resources to meet the duel demand. However, it is very challenges to having sustainable supply energy for road transportation due to limited resources. The challenges of road security of supply challenges as bellow:

• Ensuring that the market delivers substantial and timely investment in electricity generating capacity and networks so that households and businesses have the electricity they need at affordable prices.

Today there are many inventions or creations that we use or used and impact us. One of these inventions/creations is roads. Roads are built in different ways from the original and look different from the original because of technological advances and also keep specific parts that were already useful. The use/purpose for roads are very similar when they are built.
