Problems faced by the Unorganized Sector:

The unorganized sector workers face many problems and challenges in their workplace and also in their personal life. They are working in very unsafe and insecure work conditions. They are not benefited with adequate wage and medical facilities. They are exploited in the work place by many ways. They are no proper laws for making their work conditions better. The following are the major problems faced by the workers in unorganized sector:
• Problems related to health conditions
• Problems related to substandard working life
• Harassment at workplace and lack of safety measures in workplace
• Lack of Skills and less exposure to Information & Technology

Vandana Dave in 2012 conducted among 350 respondents which focused on the socio-economic conditions of women workers, nature of the work, their working conditions, wage pattern, gender and wage discrimination and other difficulties faced by them at their work place revealed that women were exploited to a greater degree as they were paid less compared to men for similar nature of work and hours spent on work. Satisfied employees are productive employees in the organization. There are many variables contributing to the satisfaction of the employees such as wages and salaries, Job security, recognition, work schedule, benefits etc. The presence of quality of worklife factors in the organization leads to numerous outcomes. The main outcome is job satisfaction . It is referred to as positive aspect of employees towards their job.

Suggestions:
The following are the suggestions are based on the researcher’s opinion and perceptions on quality of work life of women in unorganized sectors:
• Providing the basic education to women so that they become aware about the schemes and facilities available for them.
• Adequate training should be provided for the workers which are required to perform their work.
• A trade Union should be formed among women workers.
• A supervisory body should be established to monitor the proper implemented of legislation and provision related to women workers in unorganized sectors.
• The Government should implement the legislation which focus on promoting gender equality and woman empowerment.
• The Government should notify minimum wages for workers and issues such as wage structure, working conditions, leave and absenteeism need to address through
